StorQuest - Aurora/Peoria

The woman who manages the facility, Stephanie, is very nice and efficient. I am displeased, however, about the fact that I am obligated to carry insurance on my belongings. An additional $16/mo. in addition to my monthly fee. This was never disclosed until I was checking in. That is not Stephanieﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s fault but it is responsibility of StorQuest to disclose this additional charge on their website!

Well for starters it says checkin Move in online didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get to do that. Set up auto pay went ahead and took the storage facilities insurance. Which should have allowed me access until 9 PM, it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t call three nights in a row, including checking night in the operating claimed, I had a balance that was unpaid, yet my bank account shows otherwise could not get in to my storage had to wait overnight outside of the storage because I needed my tent which was in the storage so I could use it to sleep in could not sleep for those three nights very unhappy. also kept saying that I did not set up auto pay, which I am most certainly did. Not understanding why that was changed or not logged in between customer service and storage employees. They were definitely not on the same page. For my three nights of headache loss of sleep. I see you. I deserve three months, reduced or free of charge or refunded the money that I already paid which customer service keeps telling me I have not.

This Storquest location is super close to where I am at so thats a big reason I went with this one. It is usually very clean and kept up on, but there was one night I went in to my unit and there was I do believe dog poop on the floor just right in front of the elevator! Besides that one time I havent really had any other issues with anything else! Staff is super helpful and friendly I would definitley recommended this location to family and friends for sure!!!

After price comparison shopping for other storage units in Aurora: StorQuest beat them all. After looking at a few other storage facilities: StorQuest is maintained superbly and SO CLEAN!! After being on hold forever with other facilities, after talking to a rushed desk clerk: StorQuest's staff were friendly, they welcomed me when I came over to talk, they were efficient, explained everything. Hands down: I will never rent a storage unit unless it is StorQuest...competitive pricing for my unit size, easy access...Happy customer here, folks.

Getting paper work signed was painless, great customer service.

Facility is very clean and temperature control is on point. My main worry when moving in was not enough lighting but I was pleasantly surprised to see a light inside my 10x15unit.

Tee is a wonderful manager. Her energy and enthusiasm about her work place radiates. it is nice to be renting in a facility where the people that are there on a day to day basis have pride in their establishment and you feel like your belongings are cared for. The facility is top notch too. Very clean and great security. I also like that there is covered parking for unloading and loading so you do not have to worry about the elements.

The only problem I had was you had to buy a special lock for your unit and buy insurance. So it cost over twice what I thought!

everything was so much easier I was so relieved when I was having to get the stores at the price that I needed before and even upgraded after I got there after seeing how large and spaciousd's my chosen unit was I was very satisfied with the customer service gave me well informed and very personable would recommend this to anyone

I've never used one of these new multi-story storage facilitities. I had my doubts, but representative Tomisha helped work put the best price, and took her time to shpw me three different style units. I ended up renting a unit, due in large part to the great customer service.

Love the staff they make you feel like your at home with family

I have never used a storage unit before so I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what to expect. The Costumer service was great, they guided me through the whole process with great communication and the site was very clean. The pricing is very fair which is my favorite part. Moving is extremely stressful and exhausting but this experience couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been better. Great overall experience would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have recently moved from FL to CO and this storage facility and manager offered the best customer service I have had in years. The manager went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed and for the best price. Since I have moved in they still continue to provide EXCELLENT customer service, the facility is exceptionally clean, secure and the office team will do whatever it takes to meet your needs. Highly recommend this and I am picky!!

As long as you don't hit me with a major price hike with no notice we should get along fine.

The move-in process was simple and fast, the facility is very clean and easy to access. The only downside to this facility is that there is not 24-hour access.

I am seriously very impressed with the service and how clean, SAS and secure this place is!! I am SO glad I found this place!!

There was charges that I didn't know about until half way threw the process. Like insurance and lock fees. The parking is small for loading and unloading. But the lady was very nice and helpful, seemed to truly care about The customers. The building is nice and clean and climate controlled which is nice for storing anything electronic.

The manager on site at the time called me to make sure everything was good with pricing and walked through everything with me. The day of My move they reached out to let Me know if they were going to lunch. Called me and made sure everything was good on my account multiple times.
