Cindy and the other gentleman (whose name I cannot remember) were extremely helpful. Moving my stuff into a storage unit was kind of a hassle, but they made it as easy, quick and painless as they possibly could, and for that I am extremely grateful. 10/10 would recommend this place to a friend.

Found out on Sunday afternoon I needed storage for a client. Reserved online at that time. Monday got a call to verify need and offer help. Tuesday deal done, a week later all moved in. Great service on a first name basis with facility team. Good units. Simple and stress free. Movers unloading happy, client happy therefore I am happy property manager.

My family and I moved to Basalt from another state. Of course we reserved our storage ahead of time. Naturally we under estimated the size we needed. When the very friendly and helpful employee opened our unit, we knew there was no way it was going to fit. The employee sprung right into action and found us a larger unit at a great rate. She got us the new paperwork very quickly and maintained a very helpful and positive attitude throughout.

Mike couldn't have been more helpful.actually called me to secure my business. When I realized the unit I rented was too small ( 3:30 on Saturday) Mike was still on property & assured I would be upgraded to a larger unit on Monday. Tim & Mike were great.
