I had a very smooth and seamless experience renting a 5X10 unit from this location. I did it all online and paid the advertised rate (minus the insurance of course). The unit could have been swept out, but other than that, my husband and I are extremely pleased!

They made the entire process quick and painless,i was in and out in no time.

Peter was exceptionally helpful and friendly and made sure we had all the details. We needed to move in quickly and he didn't make us wait at all. He drove over and unlocked the unit right away. The office staff was equally as helpful (but I don't know her name.) Thank you both!

Great customer service. Easy access into facility. Had difficulties finding my unit and no one was there in person. I called and they immediately were able to direct me to the right spot.

Unit had quite a bit of debris inside which is most likey because of wind and the unit itself felt like a regular door or a closet door which is ok idk just didnt look the best but it is what it is as long as my stuff is safe.

Very friendly and efficient. Space for trailer is ample and easy to access.

The Storage Manager and staff were very nice, helpful, and polite. I was in and out of the office within 15 minutes. Very efficient. However, the truck broke down as soon as I arrive to my home. I turned off the truck and it wouldn't' start. I could reach anyone but voice mail. I contacted the emergency line and was told I had to pay $105 to have them send someone to jump start the truck. This happened within 30 minutes of me picking up the truck. I left several message and got a call back three hours later. My helper had to go to work, so I had to rent the truck for one more day, due to this issue.

Clean facility, great customer service, great price.

The location is perfectly located in the mountains of Boulder Colorado, with magnificent views and nice little creek on site. The staff are very helpful, with understanding the process and showed us to our unit. My opinion is that Life Storage is the best place for storage, that i have been to yet.

When I first went to move into the storage unit it was locked. I called the office the next day and they apologized and fixed the lock that day so I could move my belongings in. Overall, helpful customer service and a clean and well cared for space.

The unit I was assigned online was in a location I didn't like, so the manager moved us to a better location with no hassle. It's clean and easy to load.

No BS. Price is what was quoted, insurance is required but only $12 a month. Unit was very clean. Customer service was prompt, and move-in was done in under 15 min.

I was hoping for a facility with the more advanced locking systems instead of a hanging lock. Additionally, the facility is old, built since the 70s from what the lady told me. It's functional. What you're paying for is proximity to Boulder, not fancy indoor facilities. If you don't mind driving 5-10 minutes east of central Boulder, you'll like the convenience, even though you can get space for almost half down in Broomfield.

It took nearly 20 minutes for somebody to appear to check me in. Repeated phone calls were unanswered. The side gate to the facility is wide open at all times and has not been fixed.

Easy to find, dry and flood save, easy to leave.

Moving in was a breeze. The only thing that was unexpected was the charge for insurance.

Dirty-not cleaned, cobwebs,cracked concrete entrance,smelled moldy due to previous flood,thick dirt in all corners, no access to 20x30 unit I booked, told salesperson I had a 26' truck. Drove 2 1/2 hrs. To Unit. Too late. Would like compensation. MANAGER refused to look at unit & told me to empty it & give me refund. I hired 2 guys @ $95 per hr.(NOT NICE)POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ASKED FOR CONF.# & they asked, "why?"& did not provide it.I HAVE HAD LOTS OF STORAGE IN PAST. THIS IS THE WORST. CALL ME,AS I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL IN 48 HRS.

Front desk ladies were awesome, though I had to wait 15min outside because they were out on some errands or something. Mandatory insurance is kind of annoying. Overall good experience.

I tried to move in midmorning around 10 only to find the office locked and sign saying will return at 11:30. This cost me $100 in moving time while we waited for the manager to return. This was after I was told the previous day that a morning move in was ok.

They are not a huge place, but service customers great!

My only problem is that the electricity doesn't work but they are telling me that it isn't part of the deal anyway. :( Hard to arrange stuff into a storage unit after dark with no electricity. :( The person who helped me set up the rental of the unit was VERY helpful.

The lady at the desk was very helpful. And the facility itself was extremely clean. I was happy to put my stuff there and trust that it will be kept in a nice condition!

I came 4 min til closing and the nice lady still took care of me without rushing through everything explained everything to me and then walked me over to the unit and showed me both entrances!
