I checked in with Cathy at the rental office on my move-in day. She confirmed everything and gave me an extremely thorough and friendly introduction to the facility.

Needing to pay insurance, well at least being a seperate price and not being included is annoying.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s really clean and a great place to rent.

The young man who checked us in was very helpful and answered all our questions. The facility is very clean and I like the safety procedures to access the storage.

To begin, the people working there were very curious, and knowledgeable. The pricing was unbeatable. I find the facility to be clean and nicely secure. I would definitely recommend.

Everything about the rental process and move in process was great! I wish the fees were more easily disclosed before checkout, but they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t seem unreasonable. The facility itself is very nice. Secure, easy to access, clean and good instructions were provided.

This facility is EXTREMELY clean and temperature controlled. I highly recommend it :)

The staff in the office were extremely nice and helpful. The facility was fine, but it was a little dark and creepy inside. The lights did automatically come on when You walk towards them but walking into a dark corridor I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see the end of was a little unnerving.

Carla was super friendly and helpful. Storage unit was fairly priced and a decent size.

Using you facility is basically everything I was looking for. Easy access, clean, well lite, right cost and the support at front desk is excellent.

So far really enjoy public storage. It feels incredibly secure and clean. Love the climate control, and dollies they include to help move stuff from car to unit.

Chris was excellent in renting the unit. Very professional, walked me to and from the unit. Explained the optional renters insurance. Very satisfied.

This process was sooo easy! We were able to register online, the unit was affordable and the staff are super friendly! The unit is super clean and I feel like there my stuff is very secure!

I went to meet with Amber at the facility, and she was friendly, professional and made my transaction super easy. I was in and out in under 15 minutes! The building is very clean, and I love the availability of the wheeled flatbeds to help us with our needs. 5 stars!

The storage room was very cheap and well worth the money. I had to move out last minute, and it was the perfect place to store my things. The entire process was very fast, and after a short meeting I was able to move my stuff in and get going.

It's only been two days, however I'm pleased with the facility. I appreciate the hand trucks available to wheel belongings into the building and to the storage unit. I also like that you're not forced into a contract, you are able to rent month to month.

I have had a very positive experience with Public Storage. The staff in Broomfield is friendly and they explain everything clearly. The rates are much better than what I've been paying elsewhere and the climate-controlled environment gives me a lot of peace of mind. I am also impressed with the great security. I am glad I chose Public Storage!

The staff was super friendly. The check in and check out process was great. The only thing that they should disclose to you online is that at some facilities, you are REQUIRED to purchase a cylinder lock prior to signing the lease. Some folks may not be prepared to spend the extra $19.99 plus tax. The manager did a great job expressing this to me in the followup phone call and even went as far as to provide the sizing so I can attempt to purchase my own. I ending up buying one at the facility. You can, however, place an additional lock on the unit as long as you advise the staff. I design detention facilities and can attest that this facility has a firm grip on the overall building security and access.

Its very safe and easy to do! Doug was great at the new broomfield location, he got us close to the loading zone so it was easy and he helped us every step of the way asked alot of questions so he could do the best for us.

This storage unit is absolutely beautiful! Granted, it is brand new but the amenities are superb and the staff was exceptional. Highly recommend storing with this location.

Very clean. Our only issue is that in a brand new building, they rented out the 3 storage rooms right next to each other, on the second floor, so we were all 3 separate parties trying to move our stuff in right next to each other. But the owner is very nice, easy to deal with.
