Have always used this storage for all my needs. Friendly and efficient.

I had a hard time finding my unit. Would have loved directions in the facility.

Customer service was great! I ordered the wrong size unit, I went inside to see about changing it. The guy inside the office went above and beyond. Super nice!

Needed a storage unit right away, I walked in to inquire about one. Dorthea was super helpful and the best damn customer service person I have ever come across in a storage facility! I like that I can go in after work also.

Super friendly they answered all my questions made sure the space i wanted to rent was actually going to work for me before doing all the paper work so happy with absolutely everything!!

The office ladies were very knowledgeable and polite helpful .they walked me through the whole thing . ground are kept clean debri free. And gave great advice because ive never rented a storage unit before

I have my belongings with public storage for almost a year

The lady was very nice and helpful however I was surprised at the actual cost to move in. I knew about the $25 fee and "possible" lock fee but then there was insurance and my $1 first month ended up costing me over $60. The cost was also way more than the same size at a different location, same company. I wasn't given the option to use my own lock which I plan on doing but was charged non the less. I dont blame the woman who helped me I just think this is the way the company does business. When I was pricing the other location never mentioned insurance or anything either. I only knew about the fees because of the website. Every location has different pricing so if you want a deal look around.

I would recommend your company to all friends and family. Thank you for the opening space that was available at that time for me.

This was the easiest decision I've made!! Amanda was really awesome and super helpful, didn't make me feel rushed and at no point was I unsure that this is what I wanted to do.

I enjoyed speaking with the manager and getting established with a storage unit. She made me feel welcome and my young sons loved the candy suckered she shared. Thank you so much for the great price and availability.

The place is great for storage. I would have given 5 stars if I only had to purchase 1 lock instead of 3 for a 10 X15 storage unit.

Overall it was great. The walk through, managers were friendly and the unit was clean as well as the property. The only hiccup was upon moving in there are some large spiders on the property and I went back four days in a row and had a greeting from a few Id rather avoid. Perhaps spraying again would be great.

Came and bought packing supplies for our move. Lisa was great.

Good security here. My only concern is it seems like people just hang out at their units during the day.

Found the customer service exceptional. Only complaint is when I arrived this past Sunday to move things into my 5' x 10' indoor unit.... there was a water leak right outside the door from a heater unit. I am using the indoor unit specifically because what I am storing needs to stay dry. I have not been able to move in yet. The manager assured me there was a work order requested... have not heard yet if it is repaired. I am concerned about that.

Staff was very knowledgeable about products and services in the company and helped me decide on the proper storage unit I needed.

I just recently started storing at this location. The staff has been very helpful and efficient with setting up my account and selective packing materials. Members of the staff even went the extra mile and packed the materials in my car. The location is very convenient for the Southend area.

The whole process from reserving online to being called to confirm was quick and easy. I'll recommend to anyone.
