My first month, but so far very satisfied with this company. The sweet lady who was in the office and helped me with the decision on which unit I needed and the sign up process was very knowledgeable and efficient with everything I needed. Her name was Kathy and she was great. Thank you!

Moving is stressful but getting our storage unit and getting to work with Dawnice. She helped with packing supplies and helped with all questions. Made us feel at ease with all our packing needs.

The customer service here is fantastic. I needed an indoor, air conditioned storage unit, and fast. Donice was the manager who helped me, and she explained everything clearly. She was personable but efficient, which was exactly what I was hoping for. It's unexpectedly GREAT service for a storage facility! Highly recommend.

Today is March 31st, I am going crazy trying to plan my move. And I walked into this Public Storage, not expecting much. I find a lady who knows what the word customer service means. She had now helped me with all my packing dilemmas and guided through my storage questions. If I need storage for my upcoming move, I will definitely be coming back to this location! Some storage units were closed Sunday and after finding out public storage was open I immediately called to reserve a unit. Jeff at 45th and Havana location helped me with the storage I needed and showed what they had available. Paperwork process was quick and easy. Counter lady kindly offered some pizza during their lunch while providing service.. great people good customer service! Highly recommend!
