I needed a place, convenient, affordable and I found it. I came in on my break from work and Donice was GREAT!! she helped me right away, explained EVERYTHING completely. I was only there for maybe 25min total....going in, letting her know what I needed, she showed me around and the paperwork. The customer service here is fantastic. I needed an indoor, air conditioned storage unit, and fast. Donice was the manager who helped me, and she explained everything clearly. Today is March 31st, I am going crazy trying to plan my move. And I walked into this Public Storage, not expecting much. I find a lady who knows what the word customer service means. She had now helped me with all my packing dilemmas and guided through my storage questions. If I need storage for my upcoming move, I will definitely be coming back to this location! Thank you Donice!

Some storage units were closed Sunday and after finding out public storage was open I immediately called to reserve a unit. Jeff at 45th and Havana location helped me with the storage I needed and showed what they had available. Paperwork process was quick and easy. Counter lady kindly offered some pizza during their lunch while providing service.. great people good customer service! Highly recommend!
