I contacted several places and did some pricing. This place seemed alot more reasonable for the sizes and cost then others in area. The process was super easy, and I was called back to set up a meeting time to do the paperworks signatures soon after making a reservation and completing most of the lease online. I was given a storage and have noticed it's quiet, clean and super convienent with location. The employee who lives on site was very helpful and friendly and made the process super easy. Also explained everything I'm detail about the expectations and the move in, move out and leasing process beforehand.

When we moved into our unit, we were moving from a far distance and due to traffic, were going to be late. I called the office and their WONDERFUL employee stayed the extra 10 minutes we needed after closing to make sure we were checked in. She was so pleasant, competent and an employee anyone would want. She got us checked in efficiently and followed up the very next morning to make sure everything went smoothly.

Customer service was pretty decent getting signed up. Storage unit is not pristine, but looks to be in good shape overall, except some sort of residue on the floor from a prior tenant. It may be they couldn't get it off the cement though. Otherwise the unit seems in good repair and well-maintained.

This is the second storage facility I have booked and the service was truly excellent. The lady I dealt with was delightful, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We had the paperwork taken care of in about 15 minutes and the whole experience was painless and quick.

I was treated like a second class citizen! The only reason I even took the storage was because of the customer service I received from the phone/ online lady that took my reservation. The actual storage facility workers were rude & acted as if they were doing me a favor by accepting my hard earned money. Like I won the storage facility lotto. Not cool. Thanks for your survey. Hopefully you will take the time to retrain your staff in the customer service department. Have an excellent evening.

We didn't get the opportunity to try this storage facility because when we showed up at 5:45pm (they close at 6pm) we walked in to an empty lobby. A woman came out of a door in her pajamas and looked surprised to see us even though the open sign was on. She was rude from the first word out of her mouth. She said "Hi?" When we asked her about the units she said she didn't have any and even if she did there was no way she was going to show us one because it was 10 minutes before she was off work and it was freezing cold out side. She said she could show us some pricing while she was fighting back and forth with a small child to keep the door she came out of closed. We decided to just leave and as we were walking out she was repeating again that it's freezing cold and she's not going out to show units. It's completely poor customer service and ridiculous to think that people like that are left to run businesses and be the face of a company.

I have been with A-1 Storage since 2006 and I am impressed with the cleanliness, extended hours, the ability to access every unit directly from the alley (so can drive straight up to unit and load/unload), and dealing with the managers are always a pleasure, because they always go out of their way to help. My experience has been very satisfactory!!!
