Moving into my unit and setting up my account was very fast and easy. After making the online reservation I was contacted by the company and everyone was very nice. So far so good!

John was very helpful in guiding me through the process of getting my storage unit.

Manager was super friendly and helpful, units arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the most modern but customer service makes up for it!

Prices were great, Mary was super helpful and kind. We signed a year lease and were given a great discounted price. Thanks for your help, everything fit perfect in our unit.

Nice facility where even the inside units are not too far of a walk. Pricing could be a bit better and do note they require insurance, a minimum of $10.

Was good to easily get a unit. Was not aware of the door being so tiny but my furniture still fit in nicely.

The property itself is well maintained and the unit was clean and well lit. There is a timer for the lighting but if you remember to reset it every 15 or 20 minutes you will not be left in the dark.

very helpful staff. Clean and secure and well lit site. Come and go as you please after you check in. The staff admitted that a few units had been hit by the flood in 2013, do some research before you pick your unit. My 5' x 10' is very tall and deep but definitely not 5 feet wide. do you security alarm wire in the unit is a loose as well and I almost ripped it on the first day of moving in. The little things give this place four instead of five stars but overall it is a great site

The only bummer is there is no prorated months or refunds.

I have driven by the facility and have seen the main security doors wide open!

I was able to move my belongings into a storage unit easily.

I am pretty happy with the experience, although I expected that getting a locker with outside access would mean I could drive my vehicle to the locker door. This was not the case.

I find the facility clean and well-managed. It was very easy to set up the agreement, and access to the unit is also easy.

The customer service rep i spoke with on the phone was very helpful, and then we were followed-up with by the specific storage manager to confirm what we needed. Good service, and well-maintained storage facility. Very efficient

A bit confusing due to rates quoted before i went there and rates charged after I got there. It felt kind of like a bait and switch.

I had been a good customer of this facility for three years. This facility has changed management since I first moved in. I would have given it 5 stars under the previous management, now it doesn't even deserve 1 star. In a nine month period, my rate was increased twice (with no notice): when contacted about the increase, the manager (Matt) told me he could increase the rates every month if he wanted to. When I went to move out, my belongs were covered with mouse droppings and there was a dead mouse in my couch. I contacted Matt and he simply told me to contact my insurance company and "thanks for the heads up" - not sorry or is there anything I can do? - horrible customer service. Also, I called the district manager for this facility three times (and left messages) before I moved out - he never returned my phone calls.

Had to wait almost half hour for office to reopen. Was told I must purchase $9/month insurance for 1st month if using the 50% discount for 1st month although I have insurance already. Was given a $10 padlock to offset this cost but still seems tacky to require double insurance for 1st month.

As an out of state CU student, I found this storage facility easily accessible and a great place to store my things over the summer. It is well priced and I feel really safe storing my items there.
