Gave a 3 stars rather than 5 because I think you need to update your buildings: 1. Install bathrooms 2. Install a better elevator 3. Get more and better utility carts. The 2-wheel dolly basically had flat tires. And the 4-wheel carts were hard to get in and out of the unit they were being stored in.

I would have given 5 stars but there was nothing in the description, indicating that the storage unit was downstairs with no cargo elevator. The only thing that they have for mechanical assistance, is a small lift, big enough for boxes only. I had a smoker and other large items. The move in was a lot more difficult than anticipated.

Denice made the process efficient and easy. Very friendly atmosphere. She is outstanding.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m relieved to have moved from Public Storage to this DTC Self Storage because of the huge price difference. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m now renting the same 10x10 unit but for two times less. The property manager was cordial, professional and prompt.

Denise was so helpful, warm and friendly. She made the process quick and easy. The facility is very clean and well kept. I will recommend this storage facility to anyone I know that is in the market for one.

Denice Is outstanding and so helpful - she let me looked at several units to see what would work best for us. They also have a truck you can use on move-in date if itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s available I was able to use it and get moved it right away Although it takes a little time to get paperwork done Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth it, the rates are reasonable, insurance is easy, and they have locks for you to buy. Hi highly recommend this facility

I recently moved into my unit and was extremely pleased by the ease of the process, the service I received, and cleanliness and security of the facilities. For anyone looking for a storage unit in the area, I highly recommended DTC self storage!

All indoor storage has a mesh cage above the unit, doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t feel completely secure from outside elements as one of my fragile objects was knocked over somehow and broke.

DTC Self Storage is easily accessible and in a great location. I know that my belongings will be safe there.

I was able to find what I needed very quickly so very likely!

We were exhausted after moving from our 7,000 square foot home. We had hired a packing/moving company so after the many weeks of preparing for our day we headed to the storage unit in which we had reserved, paid for and of course made all necessary arrangements to prepare ahead of time. When we arrived we were shocked, this particular storage facility, located on Smoky hill road had placed a lock on our empty unit! Not only that, we could not reach anyone. So here we were with the trucks full of our things and stuck. Long story short the moving company agreed to come back in the morning. By then it was 9pm. We thought HOW are we ever going to find another storage company that could accommodate our needs with barely any notice. We were beyond frustrated. So I searched on line, no one was available until we found this DTC location. Not only did someone answer the phone, they held a unit with no issues at all. We head over there in the morning and met with Kit. OMG how refreshing! Kit was so pleasant, professional and calmed all of our concerns away. This location offers 24 hour access and monitored security. It is very clean and worth every penny. We can't thank you enough for your facility and even more for the people behind the counter, absolutely wonderful!

Moving is always stressful and requires a flexible schedule. Robert was very attentive to my changing needs. Free truck use for move in was a very big plus.

We were moving from Salt Lake City, Utah and due to traveling, we were going to arrive past their closing time of 6pm. Our moving truck arrived before we did, but the manager allowed the moving truck to move in our storage items and he also stayed an hour late to help us sign the tenant agreements and other documents. The place is very secure, very clean, for the best deal. Thank you for your great service to your clients.

I got a 10x10 unit for great price and the place was nicely maintained with 24 hr access. I couldnt aak for anything more.

Friendly staff, the manager made the whole process the easiest part of the move. Great price and the facilities are clean and climate controlled. Easy access to the unit with dollies and a lift. Couldn't have found a better storage facility.

DTC is about the best storage facility I've ever used, and I've used a few. Very clean, bright and easy access. Drew was really easy to work with and flexible when we needed a larger space. Pricing is the most competitive around!

So far so good. Drew was very professional. I called to let him know that I would be arriving close to the closing time. He said it was no problem. He was very efficient and we got all the paperwork and viewing done quickly.

The easiest move into a unit! They were so helpful and took their time to make sure I got the size that I needed.

I have rented a unit at DTC Self Storage for a little over two months now and have had no problems doing so. Though I keep my unit securely locked, I have not encountered my lock being broken or items of mine missing from the unit. The staff that I have come in contact with since initially renting has been able to answer all questions and are very polite.

I went on my lunch break and I was able to sign the paperwork fast and move a few things in. Robert was very friendly and super helpful.

Not what I expected, open at the top, you can see into other units. The door opening doesn't open very wide. Next time check into one that does. Like the indoor and price. Not the slope drive up, dangerous, only room for one car.

pretty straight forward, I was hoping to have the price for a unit on the ground level instead of the 2nd level

The place was clean, the unit was just what I needed. Easy to get to and the cost was right compared to most units in the Denver area. Paperwork was painless. Sean the manager was great. There are some negative reviews of him on here but he is a New York guy. So what do you expect. Relax people. The only negative is that when I arrived a few days later to move my stuff in, there was a lock (not mine) on the door. A simple call and a few minutes later, Sean arrived and took care of it. Wish the lift was a little bigger but hey, at least it had a lift.

Sean was awesome. He went above and beyond to help us move in and was extremely friendly.

Easy to set up my storage account. Free truck rental with move in. Phenomenal customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly on site manager. 24 hour access and a great value for the price!

I have been renting for over two months and as this space with be tax deductible due to a career move I will need details receipts and that has been a bit of a struggle to get. I did not get one for the first month and when I called the second month they did email it quickly but there was only a note saying my cc had been charged and that I was paid in full. no actually dates, unit number or even a copy of a paid receipt. that of course will not jive with the IRS so I'm still trying. Probably will have to do this in person, when we move out, which will be a weekend and of course Sean isn't there so...maybe he'll make an exception as he seemed to be very accommodating when I filled out the paperwork.

Moved to this location, after the previous storage provider raised the $86 monthly rent by $30 on my 5' X 10' unit. I am paying less for a unit almost 3 times the size at DTC Storage. The staff is very helpful, and it 24 hour access. On site security 24 hours a day. They even have a moving truck you can use for your initial move in. I am very happy with my experiences at DTC Storage.

This place was about $50 per month cheaper than the other facilities I was looking at. It was really easy to get started and to move in. The employee was very helpful and friendly. I reserved the truck for a day to move in and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to family, friends, and strangers. My only disappointment is that it isn't climate-controlled...but I don't really own anything that would be seriously damaged from a little heat or cold anyway. I moved in on a hot day in June and it felt like a pretty decent temperature inside.

I am just moving in, but the manager was very helpful and even walked me to my unit to tell have me approve it. He is onsite, so if there are any issues he can take care of then right away. The facility is in a safe area, so no worries about break-ins. The facility is secure and has a keypad entry. I highly recommend this facility.

The manager was great as well as the overall customer service. I felt he was very thorough and covered all my questions. The facility itself was as described, in a safe area, and seems quite safe.

I was a little disappointed to not have an outside unit that would make it easier to load and unload storage. The unit did look clean and secure, and customer service was good, but took a little too long. By the time I was done with paperwork, my full rental truck had been unloaded into my 10x10 unit by my dad. Paperwork was slow, and I was a little irritated that I couldn't be helping my dad. Nevertheless, I am happy with the service, location, and security.

The place was available at a good price. The worker was a little scattered, but he was the only one there on a Saturday.

Pouring rain fell just as I started to unload the truck. Sean went out of his way to be helpful and set the ramp from the truck so it went directly into a dry unloading dock. He was friendly and professional.

We were not informed that the storage unit was on the second floor, the manager of the unit was very vocal about being armed and willing to shoot anyone on the property at night. He made me feel very unsafe.

There was a snafu on the size unit I reserved, but it was handled with aplomb by the on site manager.

I am impressed by the convenience of the renting process at DTC. i love the 24 hour secure access. Also the young ma at the counter knows his job well and i believe is the mangers grandson or son. He went the extra mile for us. im pleased with this deal.
