Grace, the manager, is superb! Everything to do with my transaction was smooth, timely, and as agreed This is by far the best storage operation in the south metro area of Denver.

Grace (Manager) is a highly competent and friendly administrator with nearly 1,500 units to manage. While the facility is older and well-used, the units are clean and inexpensive. The location is convenient and easy to find. Overall, good value and great service!

Grace reached out to me to make arrangements, and when I had followup questions she had the answers right away. And the app is wonderful!

Matthew was very professional and courteous. Even with technical delays, he was patient and calm!

We were told there were normally 3 carts available but one broke and one disappeared. It was a major inconvenience for our three trips to the storage that day. This issue really should be addressed

Shannon, the Property Manager, was amazing. She showed me my unit before I moved in, gave me the hours I could access my storage. I forgot a lock and she had one right there for me to purchase and she placed it on the storage unit. She went through all of the paperwork with me and made it very quick and easy to get into my unit! I moved in right then and I feel good about my personal items being there. The property is very clean and secure. Thank you, Shannon!!!!!

The Public Storage facility at Briarwood and Arapahoe had great customer service.. They answered all questions and we're very respectful.. I appreciate them for that. I would definitely recommend them to others.. Thank you

When I arrived to sign the paperwork, the site attendant was efficient, to the point and very helpful as he walked me through the whole process. At one point in the process he even reached over the counter to work the scroll bar for us more computer challenged persons. I like the convenience of everything online. I was able to fix a payment issue in a matter of minutes without having to personally go to the storage facility. The personnel were courteous, helpful and polite each time I spoke with them on the phone.

I left my lock un locked and was given a call and emailed that day.....so get experience thx ?

Cindy is an amazing hard working person, works well with her customers, and makes sure the property is always clean. She deserves a raise i think but anyways she's a great property manager.

Grace was fantastic! We had a rough trip and encountered severe weather which caused us to be a day late and she was genuinely concerned. The price and and move in special was great and you guys have a life long customer. Thank you:)

Has an awesome first month flat rate that saved me! Only needed a unit for a week and instead of spending 100 bucks there deal of 25$ was amazing. Awesome and fast service would highly recommend

I have had a unit here for almost 3 years. I am now in the process of down sizing to a smaller and less expensive unit. The property manager Cindy has been very helpful in providing advice on what unit size I need and prices. She also let me know that she has a dolly and other equipment that I can use in order to move my things from my unit to another. I have been very happy with this Public Storage since they bought it a couple years ago. I wish my rent would have stayed the same though. It has gone up twice now and the reason for my downsizing. If it wasn't for Cindy, and her friendliness and helpfulness, I would have moved out a long time ago. Thank you for everything Cindy.

The facility is clean and the staff is great. They helped my family get into a great space with a good price. Would definitely recommend it to a friend and use it in the future.

The person ( I believe his name was Roger)that helped me was his first day on the job. He was a bit unsure of what to do but he did a great job when all said and done .He followed his script with the little help for Cindy and made it through the contract and all the forms. He was very helpful and very nice and completed the job. It took him a bit longer then someone that was experienced. I had to think, once it was my first day on the job. It will get easier as you go along. The place was very clean and neat just what I was looking for in a storage place. Thanks Lynn

The only thing I did not like about the location is the price but it is to be expected with everyone moving to Colorado.

Definitely will recommend Public Storage to everyone. The facilities are very well kept and easy to access. The push carts and bigger elevators are sweet. I haven't been to another storage rental that comes close. The price isn't bad especially with the climate controlled buildings.
