Best and friendliest place to rent a storage facility

Staff were very friendly and patient in setting me up at my space. Facility appears well maintained.

Carwash on site. Nice people in staff, secure!

no outlets in 10x10 no lights so impossible to see anything in my unit after dark

I have been a loyal customer of Public Storage at 5212 S Parker Road since 2006. The facility is always clean, secure, well-lit and the properly managers are phenomenal. On 9/14/19 i contacted Debbie the current Property Manager to inquire about an additional storage unit. Debbie spent no less that 2 hours with me looking at different options to meet my needs and also be as cost-effective as possible. She made two runs back with me to look at different units. I was able to find a solution that worked great for my needs and was less expensive than I planned for. She quickly yet efficiently and thoroughly processed all the details, made sure my gate code(s) worked and got me the necessary locks on the spot so I ended up fully good to go. This type of customer service is rare these days and Debbie went above and beyond - all the time with a smile on her face and genuinely friendly attitude. I can only wish that every business and person I deal with had the same professionalism and customer service as Public Storage and specifically Debbie at this location. I highly recommend Public Storage and specifically the 5212 S Parker Rd location for any storage needs anyone has. Cheers :-) S Horn

Debbie was informative and helpful. What they advertise with their online specials should have a "only this many left" and an email when it's not available any more. Felt like a Bait and Switch. The online price should be honored and we shouldn't be forced to by insurance.

Units are clean and accessible. Fair prices.

Anna at Public Storage was fabulous! She was so very helpful in finding us 3 storage units that would accommodate all our belongings. We were moving from Va. to Co., and without her help, we would not have had the perfect place for the 18 wheeler moving van to be able to get into the storage place. She made a stressful move so very easy and non stressful. Thank You Anna!

Anna and her team have done an excellent job of working with me on transitioning from west DENVER to the Aurora area. Everything I needed was done quickly and completely.

The manager at the public storage on Parker Road, Aurora, CO was exceptionally a beautiful person. She offered outstanding service. She was very professional and handled all paper work. I will definitely use this company again.
