Public Storage - Lone Tree - 8812 Park Meadows Dr

Easy process to pick my space, sign a contract, and pay first monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s rent. Facility was very clean with easy access. On-site attendant stopped by to check if we needed anything. Would recommend to others.

While the price we received was great, the service is non existent. We wanted to come see the unit before we rented. Even though the hours are listed till 6pm, when we got there at 4:45 the day before our rental date, no one was there. When I called, it takes you to a call center, but the location and all I was told was to do the rental online. I tried but since my move in date was the next day, it wouldn't let me do it. They even changed the date on their system while I was on the phone but it didn't help. So we went back again the next day. Same deal. No one there. This time when we called, they transferred us from the call center to the location. It went to voicemail. We left a message and when they called back, they said that they are only there until noon. Why are the hours listed not reflective of this? We wansted a lot of time, then eventually did the electronic contract. Then drove around the property in the dark to find the unit. Then of course, the door is smaller than we were told and it drags on the floor when you swing it open. We definitely would have chosen a different unit had we had a tour if someone was working during working hours. So, terrible experience. But it was cheap. So you get what you pay for.

This facility is well managed and very easy to use.

The process was easy and faster than expected. Manager on Site was friendly and professional.

Julie was a delight to work with. She explains everything and very knowledgeable. The space was clean.

Needed a small space and this price made it worthwhile. Tucked away on a quieter road- not many people around. Good space for the money.

This would be a 5 start no question because Julie is awesome. Her kids on the other hand... I don't need some kid yelling out the window of her car that I can't follow another vehicle in to the property. If this is an issue then the property manager can have a word with me after seeing my code for exit only. Completely unacceptable to be yelled at by some teenager.

Julie the property manager had made our move in experience as simple as possible. She answered all questions/concerns we had with timing of moving in and out. We highly recommend this location and working with Julie.

Well maintained facility and above superior customer service! Julie made sure I knew all of my options, took me through all of the details of renting, and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process.

This is my first experience with using a storage facility. The manager, Julie, very patiently walked me through all of my options and helped me to make the best choice for my personal needs in terms of size and cost of the unit. The facility and grounds are very clean and well maintained. I'm very happy that I chose this location, and would highly recommend it to others.

I have used many storage units in the past, but this was one of the easiest most pleasant experiences with setting up storage I have ever had. Julie was so pleasant, and down to earth. Appreciate all she did!!

I found the staff at Public Storage well trained, even though they had only been on the job a few months when the company acquired another storage site. Adjustments to my contract to remove the charge for insurance (my homeowners' insurance from State Far already covers my belongings in storage) was handled swiftly and with a smile. Can't recommend highly enough, the Lone Tree staff and facility.
