The space itself was great. Well lit, clean and temp controlled. Price was great and location is convenient for our needs.

Nice facility and great customer service. There is an admin. and lock fee in addition to the posted price online. Overall, I am very happy with the value received.

Had a five-man professional move crew doing a full household move into storage. For starters, only one of two freight elevators was operational. This was a disaster for my crew as well as other patrons. Had a crisis when became apparent I needed additional storage unit, no staff there to assist, and nothing but voicemail when trying to contact facility manager. Talk about stressful! Had to take drastic action. Not a positive experience; could have been a disaster. Fortunately, was able to reconcile the following day. Property manager was extremely helpful with resolving the additional unit rental situation.

Check in was easy and quick. Great security, including when using the elevator. Plenty of carts available for use.

Helpful Staff, clean space, reasonable price for the area

This was my first time renting a storage unit. It was easy to reserve on sparefoot, public storage contacted me within minutes, and I moved in the same day. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m amazed with how smooth the process was and all fees were explained.

Jessica was very helpful and walked me through the process as this was my first time ever renting a storage unit. She was very thorough with everything. Her great customer service was very much appreciated!

Great prices and clean facility, only knock is the cost of admin fees, lock fee and insurance fee. All tends to add up quickly. Arrived around 11am for check-in and the doors were locked. We had to wait in the parking lot until an employee came back from lunch, just wish lunch hours were noted on the website or staff two people to rotate. Minor things but something to consider. Once we were finally able to check-in and get out until the move in process was seamless. Nice carts for easy transport.

The facilities are nice and clean. The elevators are a pain if you have to make several trips. You have to put in your code and sometimes twice before the elevator goes to your floor. The admin fee seems a bit excessive if you have two units ($32 each to get a unit).

Every thing Public Storage has done has been professional. The storage units are clean, the staff is more than helpful. I am so happy we found them.

Move in was a breeze! We were able to do all of the paperwork and payments right on our phone and were able to move in immediately with our code that was sent to us! Didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even have to go into the office, very nice and clean facility as well.

This storage is new, modern, safe and has great pricing which nobody can say no to. Their staff was professional and knowledgeable. Its located close to the main street which makes it easy for anyone to get the access to.

Quick and easy to use and a great price!

It is super clean and the process to set up the account was easy and smooth. My biggest issue is that the bathrooms are closed because of this COVID 19 pandemic. I mean seriously not even one bathroom can be open?!?@?!

The ladies in staff provided OUTSTANDING SERVICE especially during this time when safety, good hygiene and social distancing had to be followed. I was in need of renting two 10X20 units and the ones provided were immaculate. They did everything they could to find both units close together to ensure our rental experience as the best possible. The only regret was not remembering their names while composing this review!

With two layers of security and locked units, this place is going to keep my things safe. I thought Linda was very good at explaining things. She also went an extra step or three when my card was declined despite having the funds. I did use a different card and it went through. I was treated like they really wanted my business and Linda was professionally friendly. It's as clean as a storage facility can get and the carts were very handy to get my things to the second level. Thank you, Linda for a job well done!

This Public Storage facility has a great staff! Jennifer, the manager, offers a pleasant personality and a friendly smile! It is a relatively new building, so the units are in excellent condition! The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars is due to policies which require a re-rate of the monthly lease amount after 6 months of storage. The price could go up (or down), but it may be difficult for those on a limited budget. If you anticipate long-term storage needs, keep that in mind. However, the actual facility and staff are awesome! Thanks, everyone!

So, I have zero complaints about the facility itself, or the gentleman who checked me in and explained everything. Complete professional, and a nice, new facility. My only complaint is not having a key card. The automatic doors and elevators require a code to be entered in, every time, and give you about 4 milliseconds before they start automatically closing. Extremely inconvenient when moving a bunch of stuff. Anyway, still don't have major complaints, but a key card rather than a code would go a long way.

I appreciate the high level of security. Maybe a cart release like the airport would be a better option than getting a key from the office.

Friendly staff, decent prices, nice facility. Hours of operations could be expanded, insurance shouldn't be forced to buy but optional. Other than that, it's a great place.

It would be better if you were up front about the insurance requirement. The lock purchase was a surprise but not unexpected.

Was there an extra 20 minutes because the entry door system was either offline or not functioning correctly. Otherwise, the manager was quite pleasant and tried her best to remedy the issue.

Great assistance to someone who had never rented storage before. Both written and verbal instructions given, plus John walked me through the facility to make sure I had all the codes correct.

I don't understand why existing customers are not able to take advantage of discounts when they are renting a second unit.....

Easy strait forward experience. Rep had all the answers and easy to get signed up with IPad/electronic setup. Nice security, no worries about using a cumbersome lock; all built in to the door. Good experience all around.
