Walls are very dusty and rope on door is too short.

Not happy about having to pay $19.99 for a lock that I don't keep after move out.

Good service overall, there was no employee at the location we had our unit it despite having a reservation. When we called the number on the door the first question that was asked was if we wanted to reschedule. We said no, after a few mins we were asked to go the location literally right next door and it was pretty smooth from there. Employees were very nice. After leaving I just found it strange that the first question asked was if I wanted to reschedule when they were literally right next door. Aside from that, service and unit was fine.

Facility is clean. Manager was very helpful, as was his assistant. My first experience with a storage unit, and I came away impressed.

I was totally shocked by the following 1) Buying a lock from your company was mandatory. Your competitors do not require that...I already own my own lock. 2) The locker space is not 5 x 10 as advertised. 3) Too high pressure to buy insurance from you when our homeowners covers us.

The customer service was excellent.. even though there system was down they walked me through everything. Very personalized they remember my name when I was moving my stuff in stuff in to storage.

have rented 2 units here. most staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue was when they locked all dollies on first floor and I am on second so did not have access to dollies. The new employee seemed put off when i had to ask for a dolly and her reply was that she had seen them on her walk through. did not seem happy that she had to go get one for me. This was quickly fixed by another employee who gave me the code to the first floor so i can retrieve dollies if they are locked up inside. Jennifer and Becky are awesome and know what they are doing! they will go out of their way to help you and make sure you have a pleasant experience!

I reserved a unit here and Jennifer called me shortly after..then when I went in, we got the unit rented quickly. Facility is well maintained as well. Tyler was also friendly too!

The cement bump at the loading area makes it difficult to roll the loading cart into the hallway. Other than that, the unit and process seem to be pretty easy.

Jennifer was an excellent representative from the time I called, rented my unit, went in and unloaded my rental truck! She explained all that my move entailed in a succinct and comprehensible manner and was very pleasant. She made sure I understood all the details and made sure I knew how to get through the gates, into the building, my storage unit and back out through the gates. Great knowledge of how customer service should be. Kudos for Jennifer!

My ex and I had a large space for about a year. In that time the price jumped well over an additional $100/mo. After our recent breakup I moved my things into a slightly smaller unit, which I am still paying a lot for. I feel like I am paying too much for a place to put my stuff. However, the staff is wonderful. The location is secure and well maintained, which I expect it to be with what I pay. When I showed up to open a new unit and move move my things the woman at the desk was very kind and compassionate when I broke into tears multiple times. I will continue rent space here, and suggest to others a well. But it would be great if they would consider a set price rather than hiking it up every month.
