StorQuest - Centennial / Jordan

We really enjoyed working with Ariel in the front office. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! Her customer service is top-notch; it made us feel confident and secure storing our belongings here. We tried the online move-in process and it was pretty seamless. The facility is clean and well-lit in the evenings. Thank you StorQuest team!

Very friendly and helpful staff

I thought this location would be ideal being close to an area Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m in daily. Check in was good. When I went to the unit, Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m tucked way back in the back close to a field Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m assuming, it felt like a maze trying to get to my unit and the cleanliness isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t great at all. I moved in Saturday and will be moving out Tuesday after work. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m definitely not pleased at all.

I moved storages to save a little money but to my surprise this was nothing like the storage place I came from. I got a 10x40 unit zero lighting in the unit, full of spider webs which my husband is allergic to. One of the door locks doesn't work I about break my skin open to open and lock it up. The times are just crazy 6am to 6pm access I never heard of short time frames I always knew 6am to 10pm. Then if you leave after the time your locked in having to call 1800 to get a code to get out

The storage unit is easy to access and to unload into. Location is close to my home and priced well.

I have rented several storage units in the past few years and this place is by far the best! The staff was very helpful and the online document sign was great.

I was not happy to find out there was an additional charge for insurance. I was not informed of that fee when I called to reserve a unit. I purchased a lock and paid cash and I was told I couldn't get a receipt because he'd already closed his till. I need a receipt for it to log all my moving costs!

Found them online. they were close and pricing is fair. When I went to look at the space, I found it to be too small for my needs. They helped me pick out one that was right for me without any hassle. There was no problem with transfering my reservation to the larger unit. Overall, I would use them again and tell my friends to use them as well.

We have used this storage facility quite a few times and have had wonderful service every time. The price is good for the area, and you couldn't ask for nicer folks to deal with.

When ever I go there in the winter...it is cold. My fingers get cold from moving things in, out and around the storage space. The temperature should be higher!!!

Not a bad place to use. Security has always been good but they do like to raise their prices quite a bit without warning. Also, if they don't have your payment on the day it is due, they will call every single day at least once, even though there is a "ten-day" grace period which means on the 10th day you are charged the late fee.

If you want a drive up storage with awesome managment in the east cetennial area this is the storage for you. Jim is very helpful. We are thrilled we found this storage through SpareFoot!

Easy on line reservation. Great price. Received follow up calls from Sparefoot and Storquest the day I made the on -line reservation. The day I checked in went pretty fast, but the girl could not find my online reservation at first.
