We were on our way to daughter's house in Parker and realized our motorhome would not fit on her driveway and the HOA would not allow us to park on the street. We called from the road (about 60 minutes away) to make the reservation. The corporate customer service was very helpful and found us a place where we could fit. It wasn't the original place we were looking for, but he got us into a place that had space for us. After we arrived, the customer service continued to be top notch. The place is clean and very secure. The pricing was surprisingly very reasonable. Next time we're in town, we will certainly use this facility again.

The whole process took 2o minutes. My unit was ready, you can email the declaration for your insurance and they were flexible in the date since we weren’t quite ready on the reservation date. Easy in and out access to our unit. I’m not sure if I did get my coupon/promo-code applied to my rental though—will check on that. The price seemed fair.

Things started out pretty normal as one would expect from a storage facility. Then one day I stopped by before the office had opened to pick up some tools that I needed for a job and the secuity gated would not operate. Several calls to the main office and assurnances the someone would arrive to correct the problem ended with no results and I had to leave for my job without what I needed. Then one day I stopped by my unit to get something to find that it was full of dust and dirt caused in the process of the lot being re-paved. Numerous complaints to the manager or whoever was on duty in the office got me no where. When I complained to the main office I was advised to call the district manager and he would be sure to resolve the problem. Two phone messages to him have never been returned. When I vacated the unit sometime later I ended up cleaning all of my things before loading. And last but not least, sometime after vacating the unit I was charged for another months rent even though I followed their check-out guidlines completety. Again, numerous calls and vistis to Twenty Mile Storage as well as phone call to the main office and converstions with "ML" have achieved nothing. The last time that I talked with "ML" he suggested that I call the district manager for a quick resolution. I informed "ML" that he does not returns calls but I would give it anouther try.

the boy working that day was rude and not helpful. He would not honor the 50% off first month and had horrible customer service skills. Also claimed he did not have the unit i was told over phone was avaiulable. Had to just walk away. Will NOT consider them.

I have rented a unit at this facility for some time and the previous staff (John & Carol) were so helpful and thoughtfull. The current staff seem to be cold and impersonable. Granted it has only been a month, but the service and attention is lacking from the previous staff.
