The unit is clean and the right size for my needs

We are not happy that even though we have rental insurance, we have to pay for insurance thru, because our insurance won't put your address on the policy. We've spoken to other storage sites and none of them require this

I asked for a 10X10 but was told the price was $120. I was surprised that the 5x10 was $60 but the 10x10 was soo much more! I was then told to go to a sister store up the street to see if they had anything less costly. That didn't work out... So, about a week later I went online and found out that the man could have told me about the internet price of $98 with the 50% off first month deal for a 10x10 rather than telling me to go somewhere else. That kinda made me feel like I was getting the run-around and wasn't a very good sales effort on his part.

Needed storage space, the facility was clean and spacious, close to my home, im happy i chose this location

The process was simple, the timing was excellent. Brent, the representative went above and beyond. Moving is stressful. Making a big move a long way from a place I've called home for the last ten years is scary. If Pony is any indication of what things will be like, I came to the right place!
