From the 1st phone call I received amazing service. I had some obstacles that I had to take care of which kept me from moving in as early as I liked. All due to state requirements at the DMV but everyone at the storage facility were more than understanding and helpful. Plus they called me back!!!!! Great place, Great service, Great Price, and Fantastic people. Yes this is the place you should store your belongings.

I was in such a hurry because I needed to get back to PA. Toshia was very helpful, understanding, and just over the friendliest person I met during my ordeal in CO this time. We got to chatting and we both forgot my drivers license was still in the copy machine. She called me as soon as she noticed it but I was already on the road through Kansas. She sent it to my house overnight main and it got home before I did. I have had many storage units over the years and never was it as easy and pleasant as working with this place and Toshia. I wish the places here in PA would be more like Colorado Springs Self Storage.

We rented a space for an RV. So, I can't really speak to cleanliness but parking it was easy and we got a spot up front right next to the Office. The location is a little secluded and we are parked outside so I only gave it 4 stars for security. Customer service was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Overall a very good experience. One minor issue was the snow/slush at entry door to interior units - combination of drainage design and odd weather. Another was the direction of swing of the interior unit door into the access corridor and installed so as to be less than 180° swing. Otherwise, everything was clean and well run - highly recommended.

This is only after my first move-in visit. The place was clean, usable. Manager friendly and very helpful. They had locks available for sale (I forgot to bring one :( ). One potential concern, that was NOT a problem for me but some might care: due to the high flash-flood danger in our area, particularly for places with a lot of pavement, there are some pretty deep "channels" in the lot. They are quite wide but also deeper than typical. If you need an un-bumpy path to your unit, you'll want to review ahead of time. Some units DO have a smooth path, but not all and probably not all sizes.
