Wonderful clean facility. Easy access and close to home.

We have had one or more units at this facility for years. The employees are always as accommodating and helpful as can be, and Ian has been a wonderful addition! Couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t ask for nicer people.

Having rented storage units from several places in town I tend to stay at this facility because of the people and their exceptional helpfulness.

Great customer service, price perfect, easy access to the storage unit but bring a broom and trash bag to sweep out the unit of dust, dirt and random bits of hardware. The grounds need a sweep of random trash and boxes left outside storage units but obviously doesn't effect the ability to store your stuff.

The facilities may not be the prettiest but they have a handyman in sure and everything seems to work. Good prices I enjoy it so far

Moving from out of town to Colorado Springs, the employees made it very easy for me. They were very polite and accommodating which I really appreciated. Would recommend this facility to everyone moving to the Springs or just needing a place to rent in town.

Cheap easy access nice security decent customer service

Needed space you did just that for me

I moved cross country and needed a storage unit for my belongings while I was in an extended stay. When I called the staff to verify the reservation they were extremely helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this storage location due to the security and friendly staffing.

Everything seems ok so far, I have not been by to check on my unit since we moved in. Upgrades on the surveillance system is needed. Also some cleaning and building maintenance required. I did not receive the $20 gift card that was part of my offer.

After a couple weeks of pricing storage facilities, wondering what we were going to do, everything we found was to expensive. I got a link from my daughter for sparefoot, we found exactly what we were looking for, and within 5 minutes we had a move in reservation. To top it all off we got the first month free and a $20. Gift card

They have nice service and price, only the storage wasn't clean enough when we checked in.

I literally just moved my items into my unit and I am happy so far but as time goes on I'm sure I will submit and even better review. I came during the workers lunch hour and she turned right back around to help me and get me all set up I thought that was awesome. She's very friendly and helpful!

The customer service has been great helping us move in correctly into the facilities. We liked the pricing so much that we have now rented 4 storage facilities (three 10'x20' and one 10'x15'). I fully encourage others to join this location for quality service and pricing.

I would have given it 5 full stars, but the customer service is a little lacking. The facility is clean, people are nice, but above all the price is the best. The issue with Customer service is that there is no management , there are no refunds, there is a difference in walk-in price and Internet price, and there are a lot of customers, so they don't really need you there. But you don't deal with them that much. I've come to see self-storage as the pawn shops of real estate. Against, it's worth the price.

Rented from this location in the past and needed to store again, WOW this place has done a lot of great improvements to the facility since then. Super close to Ft. Carson and rates are still the best in the area too (that's why I'm back)!
