I am moving soon and needed a secure place near the interstate to store some of my junk. This place is serving its purpose.

I have used a few storage places and this one is the best by far. The pricing is fair, but the added administrative fee and mandatory insurance (most places it's optional) was a bit off-putting. Staff is awesome!

I was able to get a unit quickly and on the day I needed it. The place is pretty fairly priced and has friendly staff members.

Price: Competitively priced, very happy with options. I have a 10x10' for $20 less than I might pay elsewhere. Service: KRISTA WAS AMAZING. Admittedly, I was a little bit needy with my unit needs but she had all the patience and kindness in the world making sure I was setup for exactly what I needed. Security: This storage facility has cameras, many do not. I have never had an issue with a storage unit but there is more peace of mind knowing the property is being monitored.

They were very helpful and curtious to me in my time of need. I wont use anyone in the future this is now my storage home...

When I came in to sign my rental agreement two things about this place impressed me: the excellent customer service and the pristine storage unit. I have never seen a storage unit be that clean before.

Great Customer Service General Manager. Enjoyed my time filing out paper wk! Even manager stopped and spoke while I was finishing putting things in my storage, nice to see someone cares by driving around the units. I really like not having to code in again to go out gate especially with a u haul.

The entire process was a piece of cake! Marion was incredibly friendly and got me set up very quickly. She made sure I understood everything and was happy with my storage unit.

I checked in with no issues. My unit is very spacious and easy to load in load out. Good value!

I felt mislead by the online ad that read: "Storage units starting at $19" ... there were no small storage units anywhere in Colorado Springs including this facility. the lowest price in the area was around $42-45, and there was "one-time" initiation fee of $24. I didn't end up renting a unit.

I am very pleased with my storage unit from Cubesmart in Colorado Springs. The facility is very nice and the people who work there are kind and caring people.

This facility is what you'd expect from a major franchised storage operation, clean and organized with good customer service. I little tight navigating the roads in the facility once inside, especially with a large rental truck.

This facility is exactly what you would expect, nothing more, nothing less.

Check in took a little longer than it had to, but the guy was nice. Facility is not huge but seems clean and in good shape. It was nearly impossible to navigate my 26' moving truck inside the facility because of how tight everything is, narrow roads and 90 degree turns. I nearly got trapped in there. I would not recommend going in there with a very large truck like that.

The manager made the whole experience very pleasurable.

We just moved in several days ago so I really don't have any bad feelings about the storage.JUST the road closure the last 2 days.

Cubesmart has a great location, off of I-25. This was convenient bc I could drive over, get my bike, and be on my way. It is gated for security and there is someone always there. They send receipts electronically...one less thing to keep up with. Staff is helpful/friendly. Only drawback: Id like to see more extended hours and incentives for consistent customers.

Wonderful service and facility

Pricing is average in the area. Staff is nice and helpful but there's not a lot of security for my unit, the door is made of wood, not even solid, and the latch/lock is clearly from a big box store. Glad I have insurance just in case.

This place is great. Needed a quick place to store furniture for college and this worked perfectly.

The price was pretty good. The monthly price of the container, $12 insurance per month, and a one time $22 administrative fee. The place looks fairly secure and clean. The lady who helped me was efficient, but not particularly friendly. She did her job. I like the long hours available for access and the office is open 7 days a week (shorter weekend hours of course)

It was so easy to find a storage facility based on my specifications through Sparefoot and I got a deal. Marion at CubeSmart was great. Thanks Sparefoot and CubeSmart for making a stressful time easier!!

Easy, friendly, reasonably-priced, hassle-free unit rental!

Beau is amazing. Our lock broke shortly after the office closed and he gave us one if his perso so locks do we didn't have to go get one and leave our items unattended. It was a lock I bought from the facility and the key broke off In it. Beau had to cut it off. He deserves a raise !!!!!!

It had just snowed and they shoveled in front of the unit for me. They also made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. I felt good leaving my belongings here.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who dropped whatever they were doing to accommodate me and answer my questions. Wonderful experience with reserving three units so I could view them in person to see if they met my needs.

Received a phone call from the Storage Unit place. Signed the Agreement. Moved in. It's that easy! Great customer service! These people know there stuff!

I had to get a storage unit last minute for a move that was supposed to happen. Went into the office the on-site manager was WONDERFUL. I am very glad that she was as helpful as she was. I recommend this storage facility to everyone!

I recently rented a unit here and was very impressed. The managers we're very friendly and Marion made sure to help me in every way possible. The unit was spotless but the other manager still went out to do an extra sweep to make sure. Thank you for making my move in so easy!
