The gentleman n the phone was great researching the best plans in my area. The gentleman at the facility was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He was patient with me during the sign-up process and explained the different plans available. He actually walked me to the unit to show me how to access it easily and with my bad back he assigned me a unit close to the front doors.
