I looked through every app, website, and 3rd party aggregator comparing price, size and availability. There was really no competition. And as it turned out, going directly to the location webpage for where I wanted to rent had the earliest move in with the same price as the aggregator "special" terms with all the same perks. So save some time and a dime and go straight to the source! Plus I'd like to add, Chase, the agent that assisted with my paperwork was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and breeze me through like he's done this for decades. Really awesome guy to work with.

Clean and quiet a all around great storage

Midgard had the best storage options for our new Class A motorhome in Colorado Springs. Laidy assisted us via video chat and made check-in quick and easy. Very professional and secure facility—highly recommend!

I made an online reservation for a storage unit for the following week. I received a phone call within ten minutes and was able to complete the reservation online in just a few minutes and he prorated the amount so all paperwork was taken care of but I wouldn't be charged until move in. I received all the codes and security information that same day including the provided lock. The facility is is pretty good shape and fairly clean from what I have noticed.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the reservation and rental process was completed online and took like 15 min and I was set up with a unit.

My storage unit had a bad smell of cat urine

This facility offers 24hr access and will charge for it also says they have management on site all false! When confronted they said they don’t offer 24 at that site but have it posted everywhere that they do!

Chris was such a big help, he was kind and communicative! Like my only complaint is that I like face to face interaction and everything was virtual.....

Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been here for about 1.5 years. The price has gone up significantly and I just got notice that my 10x10 will be $167.00 starting in feb. the price has increased every 3ish months since we moved in. Forced into some smart lock for an additional cost, the only place they have carts is the building attached to the office, there are no actual people in the office you do some weird virtual thing which is odd but not a dealbreaker, we have spider webs and dead spiders all over our stuff and we have in indoor unit. Just not good enough for almost 200 a month.

I had to find a reasonable storage unit to move my belongings from another town. I am not able to travel and was able to provide everything over the phone. The rep was kind and efficient and I was able to purchase a secure lock my movers needed to secure my space. All was well with Midguard! I highly recommend their services!

Although the virtual rep was a bit of a surprise, the transaction went very smoothly and wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t time consuming. My storage unit was very clean and welcoming and I had no complaints

The two young women my Uncle and I had the pleasure of meeting were kind and informative. Customer service was a priority for them and they did amazingly! I would recommend to anyone who needs a clean and secure storage unit with fair pricing
