It may not be in the best part of town but the staff is awesome and i do feel my stuff is safe... the only thing i would change is where the access code boxes are as they are poorly placed getting out of the car everytime to put my code in is frustrating ..

The lady that set me up with my unit was sweet and polite. My only issue is the fact that the unit is $110/month, and I have to spend another $10/month on spider killer spray to keep the black widows out...

It was difficult to get an appointment to start process. We were in a jam and needed a unit right away. We could not get a unit until the next day because we didn't have an appointment. Once we were in, everything was fine.
