I got a great rate on storage and the staff member (Shantel) that did my move in paperwork was very friendly.

I spent a long time speaking with a delightful young man, Rollando. I had a ton of questions and he patiently answered each one even though I came in just before closing. He clearly loves his job and thinks highly of his company, Public Storage. His confidence in the facility helped ease any concerns I had about how storage facilities operate. Thanks, Rollando, for your time and enthusiasm, I'll see you in October.

It may not be in the best part of town but the staff is awesome and i do feel my stuff is safe... the only thing i would change is where the access code boxes are as they are poorly placed getting out of the car everytime to put my code in is frustrating ..

I used your service before and it has changed for good. Love the new locks and doors. Didn't think the process online was going to be that fast. In the past, I was told I was not able to make payments on line, and now I can, that is super convenient. The manager at this facility is great. I think her name is Roxy. kudos to her!

I gotta downsize thanks to Obummer..These folks are as nice as can be, they have cameras, do lock checks...it don't get any better than that.

The lady that set me up with my unit was sweet and polite. My only issue is the fact that the unit is $110/month, and I have to spend another $10/month on spider killer spray to keep the black widows out...

It was difficult to get an appointment to start process. We were in a jam and needed a unit right away. We could not get a unit until the next day because we didn't have an appointment. Once we were in, everything was fine.

i think 24 hour access would be convenient, but knowing that my things are safe helps me to sleep better at night.
