I've liked my other Public Storage 10x10 indoor space, and was glad to find low pried 10'x20' RV parking space. After hours of making the reservation and emailing RV paperwork, we trive and the space was inaccessible. NO EASY FIX! Took 2 hours to change to a useable spot!

From registering & paying online, to accessing the unit was great! Easy online experience, friendly & helpful service when I arrived at the office. Answered all my questions over the phone before I registered online. It was an icy day and they even brought ice melt to the unit so the delivery people would not slip. Great experience! My only suggestion is that they would plow the lanes to keep it from freezing into ice. Yes, I highly recommend. And better price than I found anywhere!

The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and very quick to respond to online reservations. The north Powers location is very easily accessed from the main road and easy to get in and out of.The side street and lot are nice and level and there is plenty of room to maneuver inside the complex. The aisles between buildings are nice and wide so people can easily get by each other when loading and unloading. The units I have viewed are extremely clean and in good repair. The security appears to be good with ample exterior lighting and surveillance cameras. The temperature inside the climate controlled units is very comfortable for storing sensitive items. The available access hours are generous and are the same Monday thru Sunday. The experience was pleasant all around.

Pamela and Jamie were great. They showed me and talked me through the whole process. Would have been a 5 star but was not told I would have to purchase lock. I give PUBLIC STORAGE a ONE STAR for requiring you to purchase their insurance and not being told about this until contract was being reviewed.

I needed storage because I sold my home, bought another and was in transition before I could move into the new home. It was a horrific experience because I had the worst realtor ever!!!! By the time I went to Public Storage I was so stressed and on edge! Maggie and Pamela were the best! I walked out of there laughing the first time and grateful to them by the time I closed out. I keep thinking how my lame realtor made a lot of money off me and caused me so much stress and anger. Then there's Maggie and Pamela, who obviously didn't make bank off me!!! I have always used Public Storage in the past, but this time they upset me. The unit I had reserved, seen and confirmed was given to somebody else. When I came in to pay my account I was given another unit which was not to my liking at all, it was dark with no access to light, one of the locks was broken and there was no other one I could change to. I was forced to take that unit and now I am looking around for another company to store with.

They just keep getting better! Automatic outer doors that open, timers to hold open inner doors, and lock systems that can't be broached- this is the best storage facility I've ever used! Since this first time I used Public, I've never used another company!

I have used Public Storage in the past and immediately thought of them when I needed a storage unit before a big move coming up. I was always greeted with a smile and always treated me with respect. Also, after each visit I left knowing my possesions were safe and secure. I was very pleased to find that none of that has changed. LeAnn was very helpful and friendly. She made sure that I knew every security measure taken to protect the property placed in their care and that I rented the unit most suited to my needs.
