Public Storage - Colorado Springs - 3436 Sinton Road

They were very helpful and accommodating. It was a last minute thing for me and they were able to get me in my unit the same afternoon!

First time getting storage, the person on the phone was very helpful through the process and the manager of the unit was very friendly. Overall a quick and easy experience.

Everything was just what I needed. The manager was more than willing to change my unit size no problem.

Getting signed up was easy and fast. Staff was generally helpful, but they presumed I knew more about how things worked there than I could have known. The unit was clean and there was ample room for the truck and still allow other vehicles to pass by. I have three issues: First, I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t aware there were two doors to the unit instead of one, which made it harder to load furniture into the space and it meant I needed two locks instead of one. Second, they do not have dollies available to help offload the truck. That would have been very helpful and saved time. Finally, it wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t disclosed to me I needed printed proof of rental insurance, which mean I had to buy theirs to move it. Once I provide written proof of mine, they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t refund the fee, they credit it. Had I known all of this, I probably would have rented elsewhere. That said, for a basic storage place, this is fine and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a convenient location.

Great customer service, competitive pricing.

Gene is a fantastic site manager. He stays aware of the property and is very personable and easy to deal with.

Staff is so kind and welcoming! They guided me through the process and were very transparent. My one complaint is the $20 lock I was convinced to buy. It is $10 at U-Haul and much cheaper literally anywhere else.

The staff was awesome, and the prices were affordable!

I give Public Storage 5 stars. Staffs great, security is top notch, fair prices, clean facility and storage. I keep coming back because I feel safe and taken care of at public storage. I'm 63, found them some years ago. Trust Gene and his people to give you all you need.

Well I'd say I was happy with you guys but y'all don't communicate with me and just raise my rent 15 dollars which now I can go anywhere and get the same size unit for cheaper. I'd like for you to figure out what your gonna charge so I know to stay or to take my business elsewhere. Word of mouth travels very fast

This storage unit is the cleanest I have ever seen. Knowing that my belongings are in a climate controlled, clean, and safe environment gives me peace of mind. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this Public Storage to my clients and everyone I know.

I had no issues with getting the right storage unit I wanted. The manager helped me tremendously and showed me what option would best fit my storage needs.

Dido Gene has always been a polite and friendly person to me as well. Two other storage units in this area were anything but polite and friendly.

We have been renting from Gene with Public Storage on Sinton Road in Colorado Springs for well over a year now - we finally got to a point where we could transistion from a larger unit to a smaller one. We went in and Gene helped make our transfer flawless and we intend to stay for many years to come. We absolutely love it here and we know we are in good hands :)

Very kind, quick service.

I have had a unit at this location for about 3 years now and they should be used as an example of great customer service. It's been nothing but consistent, uncomplicated ease and a pleasure and satisfaction. All the employees have been nothing but friendly and pleasant and put the extra into interacting and showing concern and interest on a personal level not just business. I see the experience as I gained some good friends with some of them. Thank you to Tiffany, Gene and the rest of the crew and I would recommend them anyway.

Gene was awesome. He has a ton of good advice and cared more about my things than I did! Super friendly staff and a variety of size options made my first experience at public storage great, and if I need to use storage in the future I'll definitely come here. 5 star service.

The storage facility of of sinton is great i love the extra security on the property from the cameras and it is run fantastically very friendly helpful service and I can feel safe with my things being stored at this location

The staff Pamela and Gene make this place great. The safety with monitored cameras and evening lighting make anyone feel safe (I am a 65 yo female). It is an excellent example of how a business should be run.

Everything was made very easy for me. The reason I needed a storage unit was kind of a sad story, but Gene's personality made me forget about my troubles. He helped me find the perfect unit for me. He also treated my mother and best friend with kindness and respect also.

These units are just off the I-25 at Fillmore, so you have easy access to all 4 directions in the city. We are still looking for the perfect home, so we visit unit periodically as needed and it's always so convenient!

Public Storage is great. My unit it accessible when I need it to be and I feel like my stuff is secure.

No issues or concerns. Just signed up a couple weeks ago. Everything has been great! Thanks!
