I needed to move from one storage company to another, due to the rising cost. When I went online public storage was is cheaper than any other storage com0any and I was able to move in on my time. Stephanie is very helpful and nice. I am glad I found this place.

I have never had such a better experience with a self storage company!!! The price is literally THE lowest in town and for the size! No one else compares in town! Everyone else is $50-$100 more. Customer service was incredible! Debbie was the most helpful with easy guidance and direction, with any questions I had for her! Don't go anywhere else!!!

I just moved my stuff into storage a couple of days ago and facility is clean and the people working there are friendly. The only thing that sucked was having to put in the code again to go up the elevator which can be tedious when moving in a 26 foot truckload of stuff. I do understand its for security and I doubt I'll mind it when going back to get something or check on our stuff, but during moveing day it prolonged the process. Aside from that I have no complaints.

Front desk staff Jo was super friendly and helpful, and answered any questions we had. She also let us know about the specials, and showed us how to use the gate code, and the location of the storage unit. Everything was very clean, and you are not required to bring your own lock, which is also a plus.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The gentleman who helped me with getting my storage unit was courteous and showed real concern for customer service. He was sure to explain insurance of stored belongings and assess the size of the unit I selected for the type of belongings I am storing.

Very professional, very quick service. They explained everything clearly. Even told me that my unit might be to small which it would have been, so Im glad I got the next size up. So happy with the ladies at the Astrozon Blvd in Colo Spngs!

I urgently needed to get into a new storage unit, at a quality place and for for a good rate so I easily booked a reservation online for a unit at Public Storage! When I came in the next day to finish my reservation and get the key, I was happily greeted by Theresa who was just absolutely phenomenal! She was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. She showed me my unit and how everything worked and held great conversation too! She really just made my overall experience that much better! If I could give more than 5 stars to this facility and Theresa I would!

Clean, climate control, staff was friendly and very thorough.

The administration fee of $24 seems high. It's not clear what that covers. Also, you are required to buy one of their $20 locks, but they don't tell you that until you move in.

It was a good experience. Counter staff were easy to work with. Got me just the size storage unit that will work for what I am doing.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Everything was explained and there were no hidden fees. Clean storage area and climate controlled a plus.

Your "admin fee" is ridiculouy high and makes the $1 move in special almost moot. But my biggest complaint is the parking lot. Y'all built a 3 level massive storage unit but only put a tiny little parking spot with 10-15 spots. It's stupid. There's people parking on the street and there's always moving trucks blocking the way. Very stupid planning on that part.

Employees are very friendly! They treat you like family! The units are clean and plenty of security cameras so you'll know your stuff is safe.

Many of the staff are incompetent, rude, and make promises they cannot honor. The only helpful person at the Astrozon/Hancock location in Colorado Springs is Robert, everyone else in the new office should be fired

I dont agree that customers renting more than one unit wouldn't be provided some type of multi unit discount. 10% off on both units or something like that wouldn't kill Public Storage and would do a great deal for keeping my business long term!!

I was on the road driving from Wisconsin to Colorado, when I started researching places to store my belongings. I chose this particular location because of pricing, security, and accessibility, Upon making my online reservation I was called within 10-15 mins (tops) by the property manager Heidi. Let me tell you that she is outstanding!! She was beyond courteous and friendly, talking with her felt like I've known her for years! She made us feel welcome from the moment we pulled up with our Penske truck and trailer. It was like we were family. ?. Finding out she was a WI native as well made it even better! We have since visited the storage and Heidi saw us as leaving...she remembered us immediately waving and saying hi! I was a former customer service/hr manager for 9yrs and she is definitely someone I would be proud to have as part of my team!

I'm a locksmith that gets called to this facility regularly to help people that have lost their keys. The staff is invariably friendly and accommodating for their customers and the security level is high. There's no better place to store your things while you're away from the Springs.

Thank you Heidi for making my 2 1/2 years at the public storage welcoming and so comfortable. I recommend this facility to any and everyone I meet or know, whom needs a storage unit. This facility I have found to be very safe and secure plus kept in great clean condition. It makes it more easier not to worry about my belongings being safe or not. This is nice little stow away! I love that it's kind of tucked away. The lift is a life saver, especially when you're doing things on your own! Very clean, very secure, no worries here! Recommended if you live close and quite affordable... keep up the great work??

When I got there I was late for an appointment however the public storage rep was able to help me with in an hour due to poor appointment

Easy to set up online. Robert was very pleasant and excellent showing me around and explaining the process and facility. My only complaint is that they always hit you with something unexpected. I was unaware of the fact that I had to pay for insurance. As most places, they will find a way to tack something else on to your monthly rental.

The manager and assistant manager were very helpful with getting my account set up and everything went smoothly with getting my storage space. I would definitely recommend this location to friends.

The girl in the office was so fabulous and so very patient with my 4 yr old son. She assisted me with everything and did not rush me a bit. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Thank you!
