Manager helped me with everything. Even cleaned out my space. Moved in on a snowy day and the manager was plowing and making sure not only me but everyone else can get access to their storage units.

Steve was more than helpful in setting up my contract and getting me a unit in the area of the yard that I wanted, i.e. South facing. The price was well below other facilities in that area of town. It is a good part of town.

Great experience! Called and a representative got me set up with a reservation for a unit in my neighborhood. Within minutes my local rep called and confirmed an appointment time for me to approve the unit and finalize reservation. Chris was extremely helpful! He made sure the unit was perfect for my needs and that I got everything I needed.

Chris was wonderful during the paperwork process, answered all of my questions and made the entire thing painless ?? Just wanted to add a note: as I'm waiting for my moving truck to get to the unit, Chris drives by in the golf cart, says hi and remembered my name. You don't get service like that just anywhere.

Thus far this has been a very positive experience. The storage unit was clean and dry and fit my needs very well. Both Jennifer and LeAnn have been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Their customer service has been outstanding! Most helpful and very friendly before and after we rented the unit. They have followed up twice now to make sure all is to our satisfaction. The only issue I have with this location is there is only one way into the facility and if you miss it you must circle around and go back to get into the facility. I would highly recommend this facility! It really makes a difference when management is friendly and helpful.
