Manager helped me with everything. Even cleaned out my space. Moved in on a snowy day and the manager was plowing and making sure not only me but everyone else can get access to their storage units.

Super friendly storage agent who made me feel secure getting a unit here and went above and beyond in everything he did! Definitely an upgrade from the last facility I used which was the worst experience, super glad he could help remedy my anxiety with this storage facility!

Steve was more than helpful in setting up my contract and getting me a unit in the area of the yard that I wanted, i.e. South facing. The price was well below other facilities in that area of town. It is a good part of town.

I am very impressed and grateful for the excellent service that I received at Public Storage recently. Steve is a top notch guy who really cares about his customers and it shows. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family! Thank you Steve for being so attentive and caring!

Great experience! Called and a representative got me set up with a reservation for a unit in my neighborhood. Within minutes my local rep called and confirmed an appointment time for me to approve the unit and finalize reservation. Chris was extremely helpful! He made sure the unit was perfect for my needs and that I got everything I needed.

Chris was wonderful during the paperwork process, answered all of my questions and made the entire thing painless ?? Just wanted to add a note: as I'm waiting for my moving truck to get to the unit, Chris drives by in the golf cart, says hi and remembered my name. You don't get service like that just anywhere.

This is the first time I've ever had to use a storage facility ... I found Public Storage on-line, found their rates to be super competitive and went for it, sight unseen! I picked up the key a couple of days ago and I could not be happier. Chris, the manager, is super friendly and answered all my questions.

Thus far this has been a very positive experience. The storage unit was clean and dry and fit my needs very well. Both Jennifer and LeAnn have been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! Their customer service has been outstanding! Most helpful and very friendly before and after we rented the unit. They have followed up twice now to make sure all is to our satisfaction. The only issue I have with this location is there is only one way into the facility and if you miss it you must circle around and go back to get into the facility. I would highly recommend this facility! It really makes a difference when management is friendly and helpful.
