When my reserved unit had a damaged panel, the office lady quickly and without restraint switched my unit and also refunded my lock fee

The outside parking is not clearly marked, things there have been there for years. The first space was not 10 feet but charged me to transfer to another spot. Need to pay attention on where they park things so that its more easy to navigate campers through. Unless they just want vehicles. Horrible experience trying to get it set up. Could never get any one in the office, one guy called back and gave personal cell so I could text so he could be there, never responded to text, calls, vm etc. Finally got everything done on line to only show up and find spot was not 10 feet(even though the woman in the office said it was) I actually measured and it was barely 9 feet across from each things storedby it. Than she said we should have looked at it before. Tried to explain to her that we had tried for two days and was not able to get any one in the office. She replied she cant speak for others. She did get a different spot that is working but will be trying to find a new place. Very ghetto feeling (the outdoor parking part) As the storage units look nice

Horrible experience with the actual facility, not customer service. Was told couldn't do it all on line by rep at the storage unit, had to bring in paper work. Went to facility on day and within hours says office open. No one there called office number no answer. Called customer service line and they said they would connect with on site manager. No answer left another message didn't call back until much later. Guy than gave me his cell phone to contact him next day so we could arrange a time. Next text texted him several times,called and left messages no response. Called customer service line and they said they could do all on line and get pass code. Did that. Go to show up and the space is so small.(was NOT 8 feet) Luckily some one was in office and she said we should have looked at the spot before we said ok. I stayed we tried and no one was here. She said she could give us another spot($1 to transfer it🤦‍♀️) that ended being ok.it has-been a nightmare trying to get it all set up. The parking storage is not clearly marked. Spacing not true ..very frustrating.

Great manager very friendly

The employee was so friendly and knew his stuff! The only issue I had was trying to leave the facility; when I put in the PIN number, it said that it was accepted, but the gate never opened. I had to go out the walk through gate and put in the number from the outside to get the gate to open. Satisfactory size and condition of the unit.

My girlfriend found you online and called in to set up storage. The guy on the phone said he would give us the online rate, but when I showed up to the storage facility manager knew nothing about this. I had to go back online and reserve the unit again to get the reduced rate we were already promised. Also, unit does not have working lights

I just rented a unit at this location. It was so easy, the units are clean, the location is easily accessible, and the security is top notch. Pamela, who is one of the managers, really cares about her customers, and is incredible knowledgeable. Thanks, Pamela, you made our stressful, long distance move a lot easier!

Jennifer was so nice and so helpful and greets you with a smile and just makes you feel welcome and at ease. She got us set up quickly so we could get on with our busy move and made sure everything would work for us before we rented the unit.

The storage unit is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I just wished they were upfront about the insurance when I reserved the unit.

Pamela was very helpful and nice getting us set up with a storage unit for our belongings while we wait for our apartment to be available. We got in on a great 1st month discount. The security is fantastic and I feel good leaving my belongings there and knowing they will be there when I come back to get them. I would definitely recommend using this location

I hate to leave an average review since the staff are extremely helpful and friendly (which I appreciate greatly). If that was the only factor this facility probably would've had 5 stars! The price for renting a storage unit for more than 1 month is very excessive compared to other storage units in the area. The circumstances at the time led me to this storage unit, but if I had the chance to look and compare prices I most certainly would've stored my belonging at a different location based on price alone.

Upon entering the facility, I was greated by Rachael, a very friendly woman, with a friendly personality, who was very understanding of my needs. I had requested a 10x15 and had reserved one online. The facility was clean and well maintained, and the security was up to par. I recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their household items, and not worry about any issues or theft, these people are ontop their game, and their security company is legitimate.
