The front gate is not easily accessible due to the steep grade and the poor working condition of the gate opener. The gate opener cannot be operated manually without exiting your vehicle, and the electronic option is quite slow and does not function well. The unit should be replaced.

I have not rented a storage space before, but the online process was quite easy and the space I am renting is large enough for my current needs. I would recommend this if extra storage is needed.

Had a great experience with setting up the account up online and when arrived at facility it was clean and service provided was excellent.

Friendly, respectful and efficient customer service and positive attitude on the phone, online and in person by all staff members. When I checked in at about 5:40 pm on Wednesday, October 27, Tatyana inspected the unit and found problem with the door. She immediately cancelled all previous lease documents, assigned a new unit and quickly issued new lease and insurance documents. Other staff members were helpful and courteous as well (Eric, Ben).

The property manager, Roxanne, we very friendly, helpful and professional. She was able to answer questions and suggest appropriate products. The property itself is clean and well maintained. This is the second time we're renting from here.

Steve was great. He made it easy though out the process. Was helpful went I had trouble locking the door.

Definitely a great price and a convenient location. However not prime if you have a box truck or semi, due to the incline at the gate. You may need extra insulation if your garage door seal is worn.

Public Storage makes everything super easy - from reserving the unit, to making online payments, etc. They have some of the best prices for storage units in my area. They have clean and safe facilities. I would highly recommend Public storage to anyone (and I have to quite a few people).

I was over joyed over my experience, for one the unit rates had gone up after I placed my reservation so they honoured the lower rate and in addition to that the second month is free. The office manager; Roxanne, was super helpful and got me in and out and unpacking my stuff super fast.

Roxanne at the Public Storage in Colorado Springs is phenonomenal. She is really friendly and on top of her game!

Rene is the most helpful person at Public Storage. You get your unit quickly and she answers all of your questions before you even ask them. I have done business at this Hollow Tree Ct location 3 times and Rene is a pleasure to work with. I also like that there is a person on the premises 24 hrs/day.

The entire staff is amazing. They are knowledgeable about their property and other near by properties. Took the time to go through all the size and price options with me and show me the units. They're very friendly and professional and are very quick to solve any issue that might come up. The facility looks very good. It's clean, all the doors and walls are in good shape. The property as a whole and each individual unit are very secure. Price, Location, Ease of Access, Security, and Exceptional Staff are unbeatable in the Colorado Springs area. Renee, Cindy, and Tiffany in particular have been very good to me, going above and beyond to find something that met my needs and budget, and are 3 of the most friendly, understanding, and professional people I've ever met. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. The process was quick and easy. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a place to fulfill their storage needs.

The owner/manager was a horrible. But the girl in the office was absolutely wonderful.

Friendly customer service; however, a little pricey for the size of the lot.
