You provided a cart and dollie free of charge to assist in helping my transition be as smooth and easy as possible. Your rental fee was perfect for my situation. The only bad thing was, that I did not know that there was a $20 fee due upon move in. Luckily, I happaned to have it on me. The fees due upon move in should be made clear before a customer comes into the office. Fortunately I was able to pay your fees and for my first month.
