Trevor was amazing. Answered every question I had with a smile. I got him right as he opened but was willing to help me and never once had an attitude like Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve experienced when I come in right at open at other places.

I found the deal on sparefoot. It was the cheapest for its size. And when I went in the manager helped us he was very informative and nice. He showed us the storage and did all the paperwork seem easy. I moved in the same day. I would recommend this place nice clean and friendly

The guy that signs you up is a little rude and grumpy. But overall easy process. They make you buy one of their locks

I was having a horrible day and running extremely late. Ed was willing to stay a bit late to make sure I could get everything taken care of

The gentleman that helped us was very patient and kind. After along move from another state it was a relief to have such an experience especially after arriving we realized we needed a larger space he showed one and was kind enough to research another unit that was very easy to access with our large moving truck.

Quick and easy reservation process, then they showed us all the different size units to make sure we had the right one. Overall very happy with our choice.

Office staff was very courteous and pleasant to myself and my movers. Unit was tidy and in working order.

I realized on the day of the move that a storage unit was what I needed. I was so pleased to find this one in a great location at the last minute with a fee that fit my budget. The people were friendly and very professional, I would recommend this facility.

The attention and time Ed Honea immediately gave me was superb! Not only did I feel well cared for with his professional demeanor and very knowledgable service, i left feeling I had a friend who "had my back"!

Had some hassle with the whole insurance thing, but they were able to work with me to get that set straight and move forward quickly. Pretty painless.

Upon signing the paperwork, I learned that my rate would be going up 15% in 6 mos. I will probably move prior to that - another expense.

This was so easy and fast. The gentleman who helped us was so up beat and friendly. He explained everything to us. The one off of Havana was so nice and well kept. I believe he said it was his 2nd week. Great Job !!! My only complaint was that it said free truck rental.. Not really free, it was 25$ We could have rented from Home Depot for 20$ so no big deal.

Even the small units are drive-up and fit quite a bit more stuff than you'd think. The insurance has a few exceptions and the deductible for using a padlock that is not the recommended one are a little questionable, but overall, the place is efficiently run and delightfully simple.

I moved to CubeSmart after my previous storage facility doubled my price per month for now reason.After feeling tired of getting the runaround from the other unit, I was pleasantly surprised at how simple moving to CubeSmart ended up being. The cost was definitely more in my price range than what I was paying at my old facility before they doubled it. The place was very clean throughout the facility. Security seems great, they had cameras throughout the facility and a secured gate. I also wanted to point out how great the customer service was! I was helped by, I believe, Leeandra, who was filling in as Manager because the actual manager quit unexpectedly and they hadnt found a replacement yet. As I was there I witnessed a few very rude customers who were angry about things that were their fault such as: forgetting to pay their bill on time and not wanting to pay for insurance but not willing to provide their own insurance. She kept it very professional and dealt with these people in ways that would have been very difficult for me. If you ask me she would be a great manager. Thanks CubeSmart for giving me a much better storage experience than I'm used to.

The employee at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and showed me around the facility. Everything I saw was very tidy, and I noticed surveillance cameras around, making me feel at ease about storing my stuff there. I would definitely recommend this facility to a friend.

The lady helping me was personable and helpful. She let me know the hours and explained the contract quickly and expertly. She answered all my questions and took time with me.

Reserved online and just took a few minutes to complete move in. Great staff, clean unit, easy in & out! The only thing I would suggest is some corner mirrors around the buildings to look out for oncoming cars.

Better than uhaul storage plus you can still get a month free rent. They don't make you buy their lock unlike uhaul. you can bring and use your own

I liked my whole experience so far. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. When I visited my unit on a sunday after the office was closed I had another person try to piggyback after I put my code in to the secured area. I didn't appreciate that the gate stays open for such an extended period of time of at least a minute to enter when it only takes a few seconds to drive through. I would feel more secured if the gate timer was faster. Thank you.

The facility is very nice and the front office is very helpful. My move went very smoothly on their end. However, I thought I was getting a better deal there than at other facilities, but discovered they had an undisclosed renters insurance fee of $12 per month for my sized unit. I've rented at other facilities in the past that did not have this requirement. It's not a big problem, but something to factor in.

I have rented storage space on several occasions and this was the easiest and most reasonable ever. Carmelo was great!

Of all the places I called, this Cubesmart was the easiest to work with and accomodated my schedule and pricing needs. They have good access hours and getting in and out is quick and easy.

Great help, easy access. Although the gate on the inside of the property seems a little easy to get through in comparison to the front gate.

They were able to set up direct deposit easily and effectively. The property manager is always available. It's drive up access, and the hours are convenient for me as the customer to access my belongings. Because of the above listed, I have had a great experience thus far.

Excellent, no nonsense place for storage. Not sure if all the staff are like this, but Pam was VERY professional, accurate, and happy to answer my many questions. I will recommend this place to all my friends from now on. BRAVO!
