Satisfied so far. Customer Service is excellent. One problem is there was a checklist in the unit, with everything checked, including light. However, the light was broken and hanging. I mentioned it at the office and they said they would fix it. Also, for those allergic, like me, there are wasps all around.

As stated above. I like these units all on ground floor and not in a building when gaining access. Friendly staff, easy to make the reservation online. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s everything I was looking for; a space that fit my items for a very fair rate, easy access, and convenience of driving to a ground floor space and drop off! Staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and helped me get everything I needed.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great that the doors work without needing to force the sliding lock. Also that the door can be opened easily by women. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the units and the grounds.

The units are as clean as a household garage would be.

Quick friendly service. Although the price posted should include the cost of insurance, but it does not. So add another $12 for a 10x5. They do supply you with a new lock when unit is rented and each unit has its own light. For the current going rate and it's qualities. I think it's the best Bargain in this area Plus first month is free. Cost me $52 move in.

I needed tonfind a safe way to store my stuff while finding a home to purchase (which could take gew months in Denver) The second smallest storage unit was big enough to put most of my furniture. Customer service 5*

Jacqueline and Muchelle the managers were gracious and helpful. The process was quick, which was great because I had hired movers to help and time was of essence.

Cube Smart was the cheapest (in a good way) deal I could find online. Great location!

The check in process was simple to complete. It was snowing that day and Jacqueline took us by golf cart to make sure the storage unit would work. We came back to the facility the next day and everything was secure and dry.

I had a U-Haul full of my furniture and my storage unit at another facility fell through! At the last minute we called CubeSmart (on Labor day no less) and they helped us find a unit closer and cheaper then the one we had reserved . It was such a relief and the service was outstanding. In the long run I'm glad the other storage facility didn't work out!

We reserved a storage unit for our son and his friends who are in another state for college. When he and his friends went to move their stuff in and do the paperwork, there turned out to be a mis-understanding about the cost of the unit. I called the manager, Jackie, and conveyed my concerns regarding the difference in price and without hesitation, she gave us the discounted price for the whole 6 months we will be renting. What a pleasant experience that turned out to be. Thank you Jackie.

Jackie was very friendly and helpful and gave me the option to leave one of my keys in the office in case I lost mine. She was very informative about other options, in case I had more stuff than would fit in my 5 x 10 storage. Great Customer Service!

I need more room, so renting another small unit this weekend. The only downside was the ice outside my unit was treacherous while moving in. I had kitty litter in my car so it helped so the movers didn't slip with my furniture. The people were great to work with. I felt the offer of 2 men and a truck was great, but they should indicate in the ad that you pay 130.00 for their gas and trip fee.
