We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up to the office to check us in. We told the property employee earlier that day, we would be there between 3:30 and 4pm. That is the only issue we had fortunately.

The light is not working inside the unit

There were some bent structures in the unit and I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to be accused of this damage.

This place is hidden off of 67th and Federal, and you wouldn't know it was there just to look. It has seen some years and wear, but has the best pricing in the area, and great service.

Overall pretty decent ...ceilings are a little lower than I was hoping for at almost 8 ft tall but other than that easy access and the lady who works there was good!

Check in was friendly and easy. If you get a unit between isles, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little cumbersome, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a well kept facility and they continue to make improvements.

Good, clean facility with amazing staff. Only concern is that it is a rougher area. However, they seem to have good security.

I rented a 10' x 10' until and got a smoking deal! Cheapest storage that was near me. The system they use for reservations was experiencing issues, so my reservation was not saved, however The manager was extremely helpful and empathic to there situation and was able to get me into a unit like it never happened. He had a wonderful positive attitude about the whole situation. Great job!

I chose this facility based on location and price. I was a little disappointed to find that the admin fees were ridiculously high making the 50% off first month promotion basically obsolete once those were taken into account.

They allowed me to move in early and gave me the option to select my unit. Friendly staff and easily accessible.

Thanks for the availability and being there a few minutes after my scheduled time, with construction it was a bit difficult to get there.

I showed up and within 15 mins, I had seen my unit and had gotten all of the paperwork done. The site is secured with personal gate codes and the lanes have plenty of room to get around in.

The woman who checked me in and did my paperwork was very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Haven't been using the facility long enough to comment on much else.

The personnel are lovely, the location is kinda down and out of the way, the facilities are clean and everything else is just fine.

The walls to the unit were damaged, I requested to see another storage unit which was worse than the one I was given. Since I didn't have a choice in the matter, I told them I keep the one with damaged walls

Average storage facility, is in a pretty run down neighborhood but the facility is nicer than neighbors.

I was a little sad because I had tried to use a 50$ off coupon I received in my "change of address" packet from the post office and it didn't apply. I did not say anything about it though so, my bad. I didnt know if it would negate the 15% off. jStaff is great though and very helpful. We needed to temp. put the unit under my girlfriends name and it was very easy.

The lady at the front desk was great I believe her name is Janis, she was very helpful, good mood and you could tell she was very dedicated. So far a great experience

When I entered the store, it smelled and people were unfriendly. When someone finally did pay attention, I rented and received my information. When I went to the storage unit, I unloaded and filled the space. Upon leaving, the bar would not close. After 20 minuets, I finally got it to close. When I told the front office, they came and took a look and said they can move me to another unit but did not offer to help me move my things, even though it was their unit not functioning property and not any fault of mine. The woman taking a look at the unit lock had bad breath to boot. Very disappointed with front office, customer service and storage unit. I will not recommend this facility to anyone.

I found this business quickly using the website. Making reservations was painless. I had to call the 800 number and they were very helpful. I arrived at the unit the same day. Everything went smoothly, The unit is clean and has no odor. I highly recommend this location!
