getting the storage was very easy easy to understand.

I have had nothing but a great experience. I almost always deal with Shawn and heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s is exceptionally helpful and professional. This man deserves a big fat raise!!!!

I had a great experience moving my stuff into my unit with CubeSmart. They emailed me all the information I needed, and my access code worked right away. The elevator and rolling carts made the process even easier. I moved on Father's Day, and didn't realize the office was closed, but Shawn Robinson, one of the employees, found me looking confused and he really helped me out. Shawn made my experience even better, he set the doors to stay open and the elevators to work without using my code while I moved. Great customer service!

Couldn't believe how large and clean this complex was. I thought I was at the wrong place. The GM was fantastic too.

Manager was on lunch break but took care of me regardless. Great customer service.

Customer was bad and nobody had told me that there were hidden fees of course.

The facility was clean, easy to book, and accommodating.

This storage unit is clean and they are very friendly.

Before move in date James was very helpful answering any questions I had. Once I got there I was in a bit of a rush to get back to work and they were able to process my sign in quickly despite being short staffed. The fee structure isn't as straight forward as their website portrays. On top of the unit price there will also be "required" insurance and an admin fee. I also bought a padlock from them because they said you needed a special kind, but after walking through the facility plenty of units did not have that type of padlock so I may have been dooped on that one

Clean place, bright, with polite and professional staff. Highly recommend working with them.

I like this place. The only minor issue I had was that the employees were very slow at checking me in and answering my questions. However, I do believe it's just because this building is brand new and thus brand new employees. I expect going forward they will speed up and every aspect of this review will deserve 5 stars.

The staff were great and very friendly. New, clean, well lit and organized facility.

Clean, secure, great customer service. I accidentally left something outside of my storage unit when I moved in and they called me the next day to let me know and give me a chance to secure it.
