CubeSmart Self Storage - Englewood - 4120 South Federal Blvd

Nobody knows what reservation means reserved unit but didn't get when I arrived also advertised 5×10 ..I measured its 9.1/2 ×4.1/2 not as advertised also went to move in and gate code didn't work call number no answer office open sign on door locked had to call 800 number to get temp code left voice mail about my situation no return call 3 days later

Before we even got to the facility, we were impressed with Diane, who answered every question patiently and politely when we spoke to her on the phone. When we arrived at the facility, we didn't have much time as it was getting very close to closing time. We panicked and had trouble maneuvering our camper into the unit. Diane came to the rescue and calmly and expertly handled the situation. She was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help us.

Diane was so friendly, patient and helpful when we moved our things into our unit. As it was getting close to closing time, we were 'in a pickle' and she expertly reparked our vehicle for us.

Diana at CubeSmart was absolutely excellent and took care of me super fast. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t thank her enough!

Just started storing there but it's good so far.

First time using a storage facility. It was a simple process thanks to the professionalism of the manager at the site.

Price is better than most storage units but there are leaves and dirt built up in the cubby hole spaces for 5x10 units created by the wind, doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t look like nobody cares about a little work to remove this debris, when the wind kicks up it is scattered innthe air and builds back to the original location, would be nice not to have it right in front of my unit! The unit door is a little stiff pulling up the door, squeaks , needs lubricant on the rails, unit was clean .

Very accommodating and personable front office staff.

I could only say one thing is missing and that would be hooks from ceiling in order to hang bikes and such allowing for more floor space.

This is the second time I've rented from this facility and the check-in process is very painless and quick. The unit was clean and ready for me at my scheduled check-in date

multiple sizes in units are at drive up ground access. Robert was very friendly and professional. He helped me gain access to the storage and facility at last minute. i was also able to save money for next months rent due to the promotion they were running.

The manager who greeted me was very helpful and friendly. Move in was easy and the grounds look very secure.

I got a great rate on the storage space and the managers were very helpful on the phone and upon check-in. It's a storage space, what else can I say?

We were running a bit late on our move day and the folks here were willing to wait until the very last minute use for us to arrive. The unit was clean and ready to go.

I love the locarion, customer service is great, but they dont pro-rate months which is a huge negative when you have large high ticket units. Makes me very likely to NOT use them again

Being rushed, we tried the Cubesmart on S Federal and Hampden, that facility was rundown, filthy, and priced to high. Within a week we moved are belongings to the Cubesmart on Hampden and Yosemite. It was like day compared to a nightmare, clean, very well managed, and reasonably priced.

The manager, Julie, her customer service has been exceptional. She took me to see the cube before I rented, and carefully explained everything. The cube and lot were clean and the security seems good. I can't imagine anyone being happy about having to put their stuff in storage, but this place made it as painless as possible.

After an unexpected death in the family, I had to move all of my belongings very quickly, and CubeSmart was able to give me a reasonably priced, nicely sized unit in a pinch.

Like the convenience and the security

Very friendly staff both over the phone and in person. Easy to access the storage unit, yet secure with manager living on-site. Certainly not the least expensive storage option, but the location, staff, and security combine to help balance the extra cost.
