I understand insurance is required, but how in the world does insuring under $2000 worth of stuff cost more per month than a $100,000 rental insurance policy? That is my only qualm thus far.

My drive from CA took longer than expected and I was able to change my move in date online. Arrived at CubeSmart and it took less than 10 minutes to get everything set up. Awesome Customer Service!

It's a nice faculty in a terrible location with only one entrance on a very busy street. Storage prices are ridiculous and I would have preferred to pay less that 100 for the smallest unit. I won't be coming back.

I can't give anybody top marks for price because every place costs more than I'd like to pay, but this place is the best deal in town. I got thorough and helpful advice and information, assistance in getting set up, and even a tour of the facility. Can't beat that service.

The room has a draft because doors don't seal to the floor, and there are unit gaps between the unit walls. The walls, believe it it not, are just aluminum sheets screwed on which means minimal dirt and dust exposure. I had sealed boxes, so maybe it won't matter. The price, though, you cannot beat. Locks are a bit overpriced. Overall this place feels welcoming and has all the accommodations needed.

Customer service was fantastic. Nobody at any time online or otherwise told me I had to have insurance of $12 a month. YEAH I know I'm sure it's in the fine print. It needs to be in LARGE PRINT under the price so that you can budget for that when you move in. That alone makes me want to rent somewhere else. It's a sleazy 'car salesman' business tactic. Woman at the facility that checked me in was FANTASTIC. Fast, funny, great and got me in and out in a shot. Really appreciated her. I seriously doubt that's 3'x4'. And I question that because of the insurance thing. Because of that, I will question everything on my bill and every dime I spend now. Just creepy.

You probably won't even show this review...... On the day I was to start moving in, I received a phone call from a manager letting me know that my "the 5x10 unit that I rented had a cinder block wall running right down the middle of it; floor to ceiling! It also did not qualify for ANY of the internet discounts I was quoted. They did not even return my calls.This left me scrambling at the VERY last minute to find a storage unit.....ON MOVING DAY!!!!!
