Wish it had a power outlet in the unit.

Not terribly impressed. Too expensive (rent, admin, insur, etc) for outside unit with no air control.

Just a week in to my storage experience, but definitely loved the ease of the reservation process (all online), the quick follow up call from the front desk, and the easy check in process when I arrived (all the paperwork had been prepped ahead of my arrival). The location is walled on all sides, which I really like, and there's only one way in or out, and cameras are recording 24/7 -- all aspects that make me feel more confident leaving my vehicle there for an extended period.
