As a techno dinosaur, I had problems with the virtual office. it's new tech, so when housekeeping staff have to tell me how to enter the property there is a serious disconnect. Make it idiot proof, I am moving alone, but with somany dudes dealing with wives who hate moving you need something easy. goddit???

This storage unit is under 6th Ave. Freeway by an industrial area. I love it! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a storage unit so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not looking for trees and butterflies, I need a solid storage unit that is climate controlled. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s pretty secure looking with a retractable fence and numerous points where a passcode is needed and cameras everywhere. Great price and big parking lot compared to other places. I feel confident my stuff is safe and I actually saw someone cleaning the facilityﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.which I never did at my old storage unit.

The storage is clean, close to home, and feels very safe. I reserved a 5x5 unit but upon viewing it , it looked small. The representative was able to find me a bigger unit and moved me over to it with ease. I feel comfortable having my items in the storage.

I reserved a unit and paid for it a week later when i came to unload. Had no idea the price would change after i reserved it. Said NO where in the emails about the 5 day price change or i would've paid when i Booked it. They did not honor it and i got stuck way in the back inconveniently with a different size!! And waited for 30 min. The gal at the desk was trying to help but management on the other line refused. And you should have more staff available. Thanks

I found that this place is very clean and well organized. It also has a lot of security measures so that you do feel secure with your property being here. My only issue was the customer service. Seemed a little bit slow when we arrived though the employee was very nice and helpful.

Price is great, staff is great, good choice when so many other storage companies treat customers like dirt and over charge like crazy. (i.e. At my former storage location, a very well know company with locations on ever corner it seems, ,they rased my rent twice in ten months. Started at $140, 4 months later it jumped t0 $180, then just a few short months later the price went to $250 a month. No explanation, and noadvance notice given, it was damn near criminal IMO.

Midgard was the most reasonably priced storage facility I could find in the Denver area! It was very easy to book a space, and the management was very helpful when I arrived. The facility feels safe and secure and is easy to access!
