Not much room in the hallways but great price there's not a lot of people roaming everyday in the storage facility the desk operator was super friendly and went out of her way to help me when I've had that case where managers will literally close their doors because they're scheduled time is up even though they're still working on getting the paperwork to me she stayed after to help me and I really didn't expect that she deserves some kind of reward for being extra ordinary in her position it was a pleasure

I needed a unit last minute and this place got me in right away on an awesome discount. My unit was two months free I believe. The staff is super friendly too!!

Fast and easy process to rent a storage unit. Attendant let me know if you call a day in advance before coming in paperwork can be printed and date to be ready whe you come in for fast processing. I love that we can use moving van when convenient. Great location

I needed a 5x8 unit and found one here on a special for just $35 per month. There is a $9 monthly insurance fee (you could use your own insurance instead). Our unit is just $44 per month including the insurance fee. There was a free moving truck included in the deal, however, uou must schedule it in advance and there is a non refundable $19 insurance fee on the truck. You must put down $50 on top of that. The $50 is given back to you upon return of the truck. They recommend cash for this to avoid delays in bank transfers when refunding you. Ricky, who runs the front desk was very friendly, helpful and informative.

I've loved working with Kay and Chuck at the Mini-U in Iliff - I just got a unit there the other day and they been great! The units are older but a good value.

I was greatly assisted by the whole team as well as a nice location. Staff is supportive and I don't have to worry about by belongings being damaged or stolen. Safe place.

Kevin was so helpful when I moved in, he talked me through everything he was doing, and explained everything in a way so that I truly understood the whole process!

This facility is close to my home so no more traveling across town to get my belongings.

A friendly kind of knowledgeable. Unfortunately the units are questionable as they are an indoor upstairs it almost feels like you're in a railroad card wooden box so that was kind of questionable the floors are kind of questionable doesn't feel like it's going to hold the weight. I'm sure does but it just feels that way. Elevator feels like you're going to drop at any minute. But I'm only one person only use one of the five elevators one of the probably 150 units they have upstairs in these units so but overall satisfied with the service they provide. Can't beat free truck

Staff was very friendly and easy to set up. Whole interaction after making my reservation took about five minutes. I got a 5x8' unit and was surprised how spacious it was with the 10' ceilings. It was very warm and humid in my unit, these are not climate controlled, but it's not an issue for me and well worth the price.

Love the customer service, and they took care of me in fast time no waiting around and unnecessary paperwork to fill out.

Recently moved into the city, and needed a reliable storage facility to quickly place some extra, non-essential belongings. Affordable and professional storage solution. I requested storage space on fairly short notice, and was really impressed with the ease of the entire process with Mini U Storage. Very friendly staff and owners. Andy was working the day I moved my belongings in, and he was super helpful and friendly. It was a really hot day, and he came by with a cold bottle of water, which was greatly appreciated. I've been storing here for 3 years. I've built a great relationship with mgmt. I love seeing them. They're always quick to help and have great service. But they're also just great people and I wish them nothing but the best.

The staff there is Awesome! They are a cute couple and in the time of stress my gf and I were in. Made us Laugh are asses off The process was fast and very easy as well. And they have a 12' truck you can use, just have to pay for the fuel you use and 50.00 deposit. Glad we found this place!

Stopped in a few days earlier, was greeted warmly, was shown a few different sizes of units. I locked in a price on the unit size that I needed, and then came back later, signed a lease, bought a cylinder lock and paid my money. Units were clean, pricing was competitive. Process was quick and easy!!

The doors on the units are a bit cheap, and donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open so easily, but the price is amazing, and the staff was great, so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a minor complaint.

Good thing they were knowledgeable with computer and adding me as a reservation because someone dropped the ball . They couldn't find me. We had to start over. New reservation. Took time but all ended good.

I'm moving from a 3 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom condo and I'm not ready to part with some items just yet. I reserved a 5'x8' unit at a great price and was pleasantly surprised to find carts and an elevator available for my use when moving in. Staff members on site were helpful and explained everything well.

What a great experience! The interim managers are super friendly and helpful. They showed us around until we decided for the perfect unit. We reserved the truck the day before and it was super easy - USD 19 for insurance and the gas you used - that's it. You can waive the insurance for your unit for the 2nd and the following months if you bring your renters insurance. With USD 25 all in for a 5x6 unit this is an awesome deal!

After a long day of packing, I arrived at the office and was greeted by the property manager. She was professional and really nice. With that being said, I needed an additional storage unit the day after I leased my original unit. I called the property manager and explained to her that I needed her to draw me up a lease for another identical unit, and that I would be at her office in 30 minutes. I figured that your company already had all my information on file and that you could simply amend the original lease to include another unit, I would simply show my identification, re-sign the amended lease, and this would save everyone time. This was not the case.... I did have to go through all of the steps that I did when I leased the original spot? What I did not understand was why the office was SO sterile? It felt creepy. I felt like I was in a prison holding cell, or a third world hospital room, or a military interrogation room. Concrete blocks painted in bright white, with high florescent lighting and dead silence. No music or background noise of any sort. It did not give me, the customer a great feeling, rather it depressed me, after having to spend all day moving out of my place. Just moved back to Colorado and it was a challenge finding an affordable storage unit that was clean and in a decent part of town. I tried public storage and they were ok but not as friendly and affordable. Check them out!

The location is a big plus on top of the professional staff makes the mini u storage a great place for your storage needs.

Secure, always a mngr on site and despite the extra distance from. My residence definitely worth the drive for the inexpensive monthly pricing and month to month with no long term contract. 5 Stars

They put me in a different unit than promised. But I'm OK.

Very inexpensive one caveat...beware the add on Insurance if you have homeowners or renters it covers the storage unit too.

The people at the storage place were very helpful. They allowed me to search online for a cheaper price than what they had to offer and showed me different options based on what I needed.

My unit has a shelf do I may not be able to put my china hutch in it. All else was good.

Great place to rent for all your storage needs!!

Overall great customer service and the pricing is very affordable. The unit it self has some material peeling off the ceiling which makes for a lot of dust but they provide drop clothes to cover furniture. The unit picture also shows it easily holds a couch but very difficult to get the couch into the unit.

Owners were very friendly and quick to offer help and answers to all of my questions. Unit and grounds were clean and safe.

I hate that I have to pay for storage but right now it's a necessity. I received excellent service therefore I have no complaints.

Move in went great! Only thing that can be improved is the significant ice buildup, which my daughter slipped on and bit her lip.

The place is well set up. However, I'm concerned about the gate automatically opening, and not seeing a lot of security cameras. However, they may be around and I'm just not seeing them. They do have a couple living on site so it is probably OK.

This is an older storage facility, I was looking for a central location and this one worked for now prices are a little high but I think because of location they charge more I will try to move my stuff out in a few months to another facility that's more modern and closer to me.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great rates in comparison to other storage facilities and the ability to get a AAA discount was the deal breaker for me. A little concerned about security as the gate was always open when I filled up my unit, I was told they only close it at night when no one is staffing the place. Would've preferred a keyed entry or badge / pass.

Will not be returning. The spokesman was nice but a couple that were already customers were clearly upset about the service and warned me not to return. I saw the internal of the storage facility and agreed.

Great staff, clean place. Only reason for 4 stars was they require a round lock. Not major just good to know up front.

The guy helping me was really nice. The unit is a little dirty, and there's no climate control, my lock slide is a little difficult to operate. The grounds are well maintained.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lanes between buildings are difficult to navigate with large vehicles. Unit could be cleaner, but about average in my experience. Very reasonable rates and the free lock is a nice bonus.

Review for Mini-U-Storage It was so easy. I popped in the day before my move in since I was on my way home from the airport. I came just before closing, but they were very accommodating and showed me my unit and what I needed to do. It was a great price thru SpareFoot (Yet, SpareFoot did not tell me that the Storage place charged insurance). So, just be sure to ask. They were very friendly and helpful. The office staff were very helpful in setting up my reservation and had the paperwork ready when I arrived. My unit was clean and ready to go when I got there. They even offered boxes and a truck to use in my move.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Could be the easiest experience I have had with a storage place. Love the free lock, the incredible rate I got on SpareFoot and didn't even realize I was going to get hockey tickets for moving in. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

The check in was easy and smooth. After I had reserved the unit on line, the manager of the storage site called me to let me know everything was in good order and to make sure I was renting the right size space. Very impressed with the whole process!
