The front desk service is above and beyond. Debbie was very nice and helpful. She could gather the best deal for me and she was no pushy or grumpy as I have seen in other places. I rented a 5x10ft unit and it was average clean, good access, door was working smoothly and I feel safe when I am there organizing my boxes. Thank you for the good customer service.

Took the time to show us the unit before we did any paperwork. The management couple took the time to go over everything with us all the paperwork, insurance, renting the truck , I give them 💯 on their customer service and just over all people skills !!! They made the experience easy and gave us tons of information!!!

Moving in, from the start, has been one problem after another! I made my reservation over the phone and was told that "use of the truck was free, just pay $19 for insurance and replace the gas I used, and they would hold the truck for me." When I got there, no truck, and that it should be there in the morning. So I had to change plans. The next morning the truck was there, only now I needed insurance in order to rent it. The $19 was for their insurance! Change of plans #2. After asking a friend if he would provide his insurance and being told that he was driver #2, your managers started hollering at me for returning the truck and not my friend (my wife used his car to run errands while we moved and was at the phone store across the street at the time). Since then I have been told I have 7 days to move out because I have been spending too much time in my unit. The reason we had to get a storage unit was because of a flood in our apartment building and had very very little time to gather what we could, we lost all of our furniture, the majority of our clothes got wet and needed washing, plus I needed to go through everything we have left in this world, to organize it in a way that's easy to access. Because we have a 5 x 10 I have to constantly remove and replace boxes, all of which takes time, more than the 1hour I was told I I had when going to my unit! Because I have bee left homeless from the flooding I need to access my unit on a daily basis. I haven't bothered anyone nor have I been in anyone's way, so why am I being harassed by your managers and told my contract has been terminated?

The nicest, most helpful lady in the office walked me through the rental process. She is so engaging and thoughtful. When I discovered I had left my lock at home after I had unloaded a few things, she called me and let me know she had put a temporary lock on my unit for me. Now thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s customer service!

Well needless to say, I have to much stuff for where I reside. Fortunately though I found Mini U, after looking at other storage facilities that were actually closer to me. The prices are right and management was very friendly nd was the deciding decision for me. I highly recommend!!!

Acquiring and occupying the unit was a good experience. Snow should be plowed from in front of units esp those that are facing north.

Took awhile to find someone. But when we did she did an amazing job and was super quick!

I had to get a storage unit super short notice so I was in a rush when I went there to sign for everything. The lady who worked there was super friendly, answered any questions I had, was real quick with everything, and it was very clean inside and out. It's the best experience I've had when it comes to dealing with storage facilities if I ever need another storage unit I will definitely be coming back here.

Rented a 5x10 unit. Entry door was a bit narrow, but otherwise just fine. Staff at this facility (Friday and Saturday). Was exceptional. She was efficient and thorough and, when I started to move in on Saturday, she went out of her way to help. That was the best part of this experience. The staff!!!!!

I showed up close to closing time and they did not make me feel as though I was off any inconvenience! Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s tough to get to places before closing when the commute home is over an hour, and then usually get treated different due to that. Not these guys! I truly appreciated their time and help!

I found out about this storage place just from searching online. I moved from out of state and booked it the day I got the Arizona. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

The staff was friendly and helpful but paperwork at move in took almost an hour due to contract price discrepancy from original price quoted online. The staff tried to make move in easier by putting down gravel in front of storage unit but due to extreme ice build up at property, move in was difficult and dangerous. I am hoping that in the future the property will be better maintained to avoid potential slips and falls.

Moving...blah!! No one enjoys the task to begin but mini u made everything so much easier. I had ran into a few problems during this daunting task, but the manager, Cindy, so extremely; sympathetic, caring and curteous during ALL of our interactions with her. She had a great and calm adittude, cool demeanor and complete understanding to my newly developed physical dilima :" Without Cindy at this mini u location and her being so considerate to everyone who she interacts with, I dont think that I would ever been able to finish the move. Thankfully, Cindy is one of the good guy!!!!

I really liked that someone physically took us to the unit, showed us how clean it was and where it was,walked us back and offered us refreshments, showed us where the restrooms were and got us a free truck to use for few hours. I would definitely recommend this place to my family!!

The husband and wife that work at the facility I am renting with were so helpful and friendly. They did not treat me like a number. I had discounts coming for being a AAA member and I'm also renting a Penske truck, and I did not have to even ask about it. She told me what the discounts were and why I was receiving them. I was very pleased with the service

I needed to move contents from an apt to a storage unit and handle it from Chicago. The folks at MiniUStore/Thorton were great, answering all my questions and interminable phone calls. I think I managed to speak to all of them, and everyone is great #1 in politeness and clarity. In addition to a real value, there is use of a large truck. Staff is very helpful with directions and suggestions. I was able to hire a few extra hands from a local company on MiniU recommendation, Alhood Movers. Thank you to the staff MiniU for making an unpleasant task as easy as possible.

This place costs 31.00 with insurance a month; about as cheap as you'e going to get for a 5X5. Sandra was a nice lady, and her friend was helpful. The pace is cheap, about as secure as you can expect for $31.00 a month, plus I got hockey tickets.

Sandra and the gentlemen helping her were excellent, the unit they gave me was easily accessible and they were very helpful and accommodating with the use of the Penske truck. Thank you for making this easy!

After searching several nearby storage locations I picked this facility. Having a truck provided, a great price and the surprise of getting to go to a Nuggets game was AWESOME. The office team was very helpful and overcame some challenges in a great way. If/when I ever need storage options in the future I will absolutely go back to this location. Everything was clean, organized and very efficient for the process. Thank you for a great experience during a challenging time.

50 bucks is way too much for a tiny 5 X 5 space but I needed it fast and it was a block away. Felt three miles charge was out of line since I moved 1 block!
