Everything went so smoothly, it was kind of hard to believe. 15 min from submit to completion. I received a call within 1 min of transmitting my reservation. I didn't even have time have time to review what i had entered. Very efficient setup from start to finish. The assistant that reviewed the reservation new exactly what she was doing, and was very professional and pleasant.

Zachary, the manager working when I moved in, went above and beyond to help me! I've used several storage unit facilities, and Public Storage was the best one by far. It was very secure, as clean as you'd expect, and the staff was amazing! The top of the unit was covered with a metal grate, which I wasn't expecting, but it had more than enough space. Overall, a great experience!

Amazing Customer Service! Thank you Marina! Literally made my transition moving into our new unit completely flawless. This was after a strong hail storm had took out a transformer the day before and they had no power. As we waited for the power to be restored, Marina guided us through the whole process and provided us with everything we needed. Our previous unit was lost due to the system being down but she rectified the situation and still got us another unit on the first floor. Loved her! She made feel relieved and valued as a customer especially during a stressful time when moving sucks during a pandemic. Great employee :)

Everybody I had contact with both over the phone and in the store was patient and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and show me some spaces. Decided to double the size of my rental since it wasn't much more. Convenient to where I live, clean, easy to get in and out of. Good prices right now, too.

I was told by your sales associate that your insurance was required. After reading the contract I learned that it was optional and brought it to the sales associates attention. I was then asked to bring in proof of my insurance. The Area Manager Aaron did apologize.

The staff at Public Storage were friendly and helpful! They helped set my girlfriend and I up with a great 10x 10 unit that is brand new and clean! We feel confident in the security and convenience of the layout of the facility. The hand carts have been so helpful during our moving of truckloads of boxes and furniture! We both look forward to stepping out of the heat into the cool climate controlled facility.
