the facility is great. I had never used a storage facility before and thought I could access my things 24hrs a day and did not realize that was not the case until after I had moved into the unit. Wish that were more clear. I assumed the hours listed were just the hours of the desk and thought I had 24hr access.

Large accessible facility, but entering is annoying. I understand security, but the app is finicky and the long number to enter through a few doors is a lot. But over all not bad.

Great facility with helpful staff. Really disappointed that their hours are so limiting though - 9:30-6, or 9:30-5 on weekends. I'd love to get my moving done early or late, not excited about having to go in the middle of the day Otherwise no complaints

I was expecting to pay double what I budgeted but found this place right down the street from my new apartment. Access code texted and key left inside the unit so it can be entirely contactless. Really satisfied, coming from someone who doesn't often leave reviews. Solid choice!

The App wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t let me sign in, but more importantly not having access to the locker past 5/6pm is terrible. Why have access codes if thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s office hours. Spent 30 min on the phone trying to talk to someone, no answer. Terrible customer service

Was very easy to reserve and do the documents online. Big place with multiple units and sizes. Have a long access code that you have to enter into each door you go through, which isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t really convenient and sort of small parking lot to load/unload, and have to use a cylinder lock.

The pluses: very clean facility in a great location. The gal in the front office has wonderful customer service skills. The negatives: limited, inconvenient hours of access; very crowded loading area and elevator doors close too quickly; one elevator out of service.

Clean and new, just wish they had more trolleys.

After renting a storage unit the lady was really nice show us where our unit was Asking if it was clean enough the whole process was a good thing.

Great incentives to rent with $1 for the first month and discount. I like the security features - limited access, entrance codes for your floor only, cameras, etc.

This storage facility is very clean and security is very high level. I rest assured my valuables are well-protected. Customer Service and Facility Management support are outstanding.

The place is first class from A-Z. The parking, loading, elevators and storage areas are easy to access, clean and well-lit. The pricing is good value.

Nice building and staff with Covid protection in place. The only problem was the size of my unit. I was not able to look at them individually due to the protection orders . The facility has several units so be prepared to perhaps have to walk a distance yours. Elevators help in maintaining easy flow.

Nice space and nice person helping me getting settled. Only issue was I was forced to buy insurance then when I found out that I have storage units insured under my renters insurance, they wouldn't refund me. Kinda lame since it was obvious that they were intentionally not mentioning that you can use other insurers and literally just handed me and pamphlet and said pick your insurance option.

The facility is very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Billie was a delight to work with is setting up the storage use.

The storage building was super clean and high security which was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly helpful and willing to flex with my needs. The only small change or request would be to have longer hours to have access to your belongings, as you are only allowed to your unit during business hours, even though you have a personal code and key... so it makes it a little challenging if you only have access till 5pm on Sundays

Billie is a rock star!! had all the answers and could not be any nicer to work with.

Great storage facility. Easy in and out and and last minute availability.

Granted, I have little experience with storage companies. However, for a first timer, Billie met my storage needs with excellence. I am confident in the safety and security of my possessions.
