I've rented storage units in New Mexico, Georgia, New York, Ohio, Florida, and now Colorado. None, but the Colorado has ever been memorable. The employee,(Ali) was understanding, showed great patience with my numerous questions, answered every one in a professional, yet, personable. The storage unit itself aws clean, and well ventilated. The handle that the lock was placed on was a bit damaged and immediately, Ali changed it. I have all the confidence in the world that not only will my items be safe but also well taken care of.

The ladies were fantastic and so pleasant when I checked in and secured my storage unit. It's a very stressful time with the shutdown from Covid-19 and the ladies at the front desk were compassionate and understanding from the moment I walked in the door. I truly appreciated their demeanor and enjoyed speaking with them.

Prepare for multiple fees and charges on move in.

Awesome!!! Natalie was fantastic getting me through the process and explaining what needed to be done. Very professional. it was so easy to unload with multiple unloading spaces and multiple carts for use. I like the gated security, indoor climate control and video surveillance. I made the right choice with Public Storage.

The gal that assisted us (Trista?) was very kind and knowledgeable. The website had no information about a mandatory insurance charge. I don't like my hand forced and that is exactly what was done with tacking on an additional $11/month.

I know she works at numerous locations around town, but if you're lucky enough to set up a new unit with her, I'm sure you'll have no other choice than to rate Public Storage with a smashing 5 stars. Tanya was friendly and helpful, her assistant was unprofessional. The building itself was tricky to find and the front door was even trickier.

Laura is the best. We are sad to see her go. Tanya has always been very professional and outgoing in helping me with all of my storage needs. I have never experienced customer service so amazing. I had movers bringing my belongings to my newly rented unit, and the site manager was extremely accommodating for our use of the elevators and parking lot. A different site manager was also very diligent in setting up my account/rental agreement, and took the time to research the greatest discount I could receive on my unit, which I greatly appreciate!

My online booking was super easy. I was called early the next day by Grace who was incredibly helpful. I had concerns that I didn't get enough room and after discussing my needs, grace told me I was ok w what I reserved. I appreciated her honesty and knowledge and she made me feel confident in my choice. Facility is clean and easy to maneuver

no one seems to be able to fix/ replace the lights directly above my unit. fine by day. just hope i never need to get in there at night!

I feel super secure with my stuff there and it has a fun setup to help remember where your unit is...they named the aisles after main roads in Denver.

Everything was easy to set up and easy to get in and out of for storage.
