This is an excellent place, and the staff is very helpful.

Very impressed with this location, very clean with a lot of modern technology to make it even more secure. Especially impressed with the indoor availability for loading/unloading, very convenient. Manager of property is wonderful.

It took me a minute to realize how to even get in, but after I did, I was extremely surprised and happy with what I encountered! It was snowing, but not to worry, I parked in a covered parking garage and was able to take all of my things in right there, where dollies were waiting for me to load. It was a simple easy move, no fuss, no stress!(and I only had a locker :)

Very well managed especially if you like to be micromanaged. And expect the climate control to just about match the climate outside just without the sun or wind. Otherwise it's very clean and secure but you might want to bring a dolly and a lot of patience

Besides this being a very secure and clean storage facility with a great location, it is managed by the sweetest most helpful person, Marina. In my experience with storage facilities, most employees seem to have an attitude and do not want to be there and being helpful doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t enter into their job description. At this facility, you will be greeted by the most helpful and kind manager I have encountered at any facility. The space itself is great. What stood out to me was the exceptional customer service given by Mariana. This made my choice in picking a storage facility very easy. Kindness wins

Great price good service very easy process set up auto pay for simple convenience

Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a fan of the $1 first months rent not being a full month moving in 1 week before the end and I still have to pay full price for next month. If I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t under a time limit to move my stuff out Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d have waited to get a full month for that price.

Clean facility with nice employees who are helpful in person and over the phone. Easy to use building and lowest pricing I was able to find quickly!

Both young ladies at the front helped me out and made my visit perfect. I appreciated the extra effort they put in, and it really gave me confirmation I made the correct storage decision.

The unit ceilings are chicken wire and they make you pay for one of their custom locks ($20). There is CCTV, elevators and electronic access; gates / entry / elevators

Super easy process to move in and I like how the space is climate controlled and clean. If I had it to do over again, I would sign up online to save time checking in for the first time.

its a good space and easy option to save some personal things but has some hidden fees, they dont mention in the offer nothing related to insurance and you have to buy a special lock on the site, at the end you pay for first month (Supposed to be 1USD) you pay same as 2 months of rent,

Clean, convenient, good prices. Too bad you have to buy a special lock but it is pretty safe. Only inconvenience is that you have to basically sign on the 1st otherwise waist money because of being charged for a whole month even if it is used for 1 day (i.e. rent from the 15th to the 15th two months equals pay for 3 months). Oh well...

I lost 3 keys first day. Went back to see if i could get in to storage. I was informed that i could have put a key in a lockbox, that formation would have been very handy the day before. Now i have to spend another $100 for a locksmith and new cylinder. Great!

This place is such a quality establishment. Clean, spacious, good prices, and great customer service. They listen, try to get you the best deal, and work with you! Their manager, Tom, told me the prices up front so I know what could work with my budget. I greatly appreciated that. An approachable and courteous bunch!

Outstanding experience! Tom Shepard, the leasing attendant was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous as he walked me through my options. The facility is brand new and exceptionally clean with a state of the art security loading area. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

This relatively new facility is outstanding, brightly lit interior, very clean and easy access. The online reservation process was easy and the check-in was quick and efficient. The employee who helped me, Crist, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent experience.

Excellent service all the way around.

New employee took me on the tour and filled out forms...had to go back a few days later to sign where he had overlooked. Space was clean and appeared to be safe with lighting, codes, and such. When the experienced employee arrived on the day of moving into units, all went much better. Professional service and friendliness from the beginning setting up an appointment by phone as well as day of tour and day of moving in. Prices comparable but not looking forward to increase in 6 months...bad experience in another state with similar storage.

this location has brand new units for rent. super clean and nice. many different size varieties as well. controlled access with your own code too!

My overall experience is great, BUT they need to have access to carts when the office is not open. It's a real hassle having to deal with that.
