I would definitely rent here again. Andrea was more than helpful and thorough. She took a lot of the stress of the whole moving situation and was able to get me to calm down and into a unit that suits me and immediately. I've had other experiences with Public Storage none necessarily bad but good customer service made this experience smooth and efficient.

As the saying goes "there's a first time for everything" and in this case it's the first time I have ever used a storage facility. This location has the best of everything you could you ever want and hope for. The staff is amazing, I can be a pain in the rear at times but they have been patient, curdious, and helpful everytime I speak with them. The property and facilities are always clean, I have and I would most certainly recommend this location to friends and family again. Thank you.

Really nice rental units. They always keep the premises clean. The only objection I have is that the up the rental cost every year. We have a smaller unit than when we 1st moved in , and we are paying more now!

The woman who was working at the facility was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and could NOT have been better! I think her name was Vonny? I have rented storage units before and this company makes the process smoother and more logical and user friendly. EXCEPT>> I had looked online to see if there were any units available. I showed up at the facility and was told I needed to go home to reserve the unit online. Luckily I live close, but there was a part of me that wanted to just go somewhere else. I was told I couldn't do this at the facility. SUPER ANNOYING. I did it anyway and was glad I did because this is the closest facility to my house. The highlight of the whole experience was Vonny. She's a keeper!

I have worked for Public Storage about 7 years ago and remember how good it was to work for them. This is why I choose Public Storage for my new storage company. They have very tight security with their stores and the storage areas. The biggest thing about Public Storage is the gate security. If you don`t have the proper code to get in, you don`t get in less you talk to one of the sale reps.
