Unassuming little place but great service and good prices.

I had a wonderful experience with the sales rep who onboarded me - heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s was nice, fun and knowledgeable. Arrival was less than ideal as my assigned spot was unidentifiable as the paint has worn away. We counted spaces to find mine and it was way too tight to get an RV with the garage placement. Grateful my partner was able to come help me. Additionally (I think this email was sent in error) but yesterday I received an email saying I had to remove all my things from storage for renovations - I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t understand this since I had just purchased my spot the day before. Again, I think/hope this was in error.

Do not go here or any public storage. This place has a homeless camp right outside and I found multiple busted meth pipes right outside my unit. The unit itself was almost not usable

First person was good for customer service but on actual move in day the second one seemed to have an attitude

The Staff here are excellent, personable, extremely helpful and know their stuff!!

Great facility, well-run, clean, secure. Excellent staff, very helpful. Manager Jennifer was available and went the distance to meet my needs and explain everything, securing me a rental unit with minimal complications and maximum ease. Definitely one of the better storage facilities I have ever dealt with. Pricing of rentals was also the bottom line best in the entire Denver area, as far as I could look.

Public storage has a well kept facility and I feel safe going to my unit. I just rented another smaller space for additional needs. I was a bit disappointed that my rate has increased 3 times in the last 2 years;

Lu is such a good helper and I appreciate everything she did...they are a big help

I am disabled. The gate closes faster than I can enter the number and get back into my van. I always need assistance, It would be better if there was a way to get the gate to stay open longer. Best would be to install a touchpad that can be reached from the driver's seat. The last time I used a storage place it had this feature.

My experience with PS from reservations to final process was definitely easy and professional. The lady that took my phone call was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything PS had to offer. Victor at check-in also very nice professional and had great customer service skills. However, this place did not meet my expectations with price regulations and no 24 hour access

easy to find. easy to sign up for. be very careful of the driveway leading in, it has been nearly washed away and looks like it has need repaving for several years. friendly, helpful staff
