We have never rented a storage unit, process was easy, prices are good, one negative thing is getting in and out of the car to enter codes.

I showed up on time for my rental to start. The office hours were listed as 9-5 on a Saturday. Nobody was in the office, the doors were locked, nobody answered the phones. I went to my unit and it was incredibly dirty inside with trash along the walls. Also, I paid for a lock because that is required by Public Storage, and they are supposed to leave it in my unit. That did not happen. So I had to leave, go buy a lock, then fight with them to refund me for the lock that was never provided. Just find somewhere else.

Called made an appointment ,showed up a little late and was greeted cheerfully ,in and out in about 10 to 15 min the clerk was very polite and easy to communicate with got my unit unloaded and was out with in an hour . Perfect best storage I've used in Denver and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a fair price no Hassel storage .great job .and my thanks to you .respectfully Mr mach.

Was afraid with the Covid 19 virus that I wouldn't be able to rent a much needed storage but thankfully you were open but have put into place measures to keep not only the staff but the public safe. The rental was easy and the staff was very informative and knowledgable. Thank you.

This review is purely based on the efforts of the real MVP: Kurt. There was a software issue with my unit when I originally signed the paperwork. When I realized my entry code didn't work, Kurt found out that I was somehow assigned to a different unit. When I told him I work in Northeast Denver during the hours y'all are open he offered to stay late for me to get there to fill out new paperwork so I could move in within my time frame. Five stars, rave reviews.

The property was very clean and accessible, like most storage companies. What sets this location apart was the customer service provided by the manager Celia. She was very helpful and informative on everything I would need to have the best storage experience. Celia really made my day. Would recommend this company based on her interactions alone!
