I just signed up for a storage 10x15 just a couple days ago. I haven't yet started moving in but the whole process was very simple. It took me 5 minutes to reserve the space online and when I went in to finalize the storage it took approximately 30 minutes. Pretty simple process. Tyson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went through each section and gave an overview of what the section was about.

Who ever lives upstairs at the 103 and quivas is the most unprofessional person I have had to deal with in over ten years. She used swear words and literally called me a "thief who is to stupid to press * first, then the code and then #". She said she was on vacation and didn't and shouldn't be dealing with blank blank . I had two cars already in the property and when the gat stoped working I used a side gate and that's when she opened her upstairs window and yelled at us. She didn't even come down. So unprofessional. Really made everyone uncomfortable. Plus I couldn't get my uhaul and truck out! The girl covering for her, Micha was amazing. I do not wish to deal with the person living above. She even involved a man staying with her. We all felt threatened.

The company does a good job of providing safe space for storage. While it does offer the discounts for the first month, once that is over, I've found them to be about 25% more expensive than other storage properties. So, in the short term, it's a good deal. In the long term, not so much. I've used them many times for many years and in spite of the higher long term price, I'd still use them if necessary. The people that work there are virtually always friendly and helpful.
