I'm not sure about the percentage of the review yet because I just moved in but let me tell you I did not get to meet anybody in the office everything was done online which is great going to the storage unit and spiders and a dead mouse like they did not clean it before they rented it to me. And the other thing is that your website said it was access 24 hours but it is not open 24 hours that was a lie that's the whole reason why I got the unit but now I'm stuck with it and you lied

Since I have been a customer with Rocky State storage I have had no issues. They addressed my concerns very professionally and forward. I was assured the surveillance is on all the facility. Ryan and I have talked on a personable level. I think I will be at this facility for the duration of my housing transition. Other facilities like Public storage and Extra space are not understanding to real people problems, corporate jargon, they just want the money or you are out of there, with additional fees to boot. Excellent pricing at RSS also. No price hikes without your knowledge either.

It was pretty dirty and not ready for rent...I believe. I cleaned it myself. I feel like there is no surveillance on my unit way in the back dark corner.

The storage spots (10X25) are a tight fit and they are not easily accessible to back equipment in.

The drivepaths could really use a cleaning. There is also a unit in the back that has a smashed in door that should probably be replaced. Other than that I'm having a good experience.

So far it's been a easy process. Friendly and polite customer service and the prices are fair. I like that I can open the gate just by texting them.
