It's a great facility that is clean and the staff is super friendly

I moved my items in over the weekend and it was a good experience. I have not had any further interactions with the staff/facility so I’m unable to speak to how things are run going forward or how things might be on move out. Item of note: you will need to buy a cylinder lock for this facility. They sell them on site for approximately $22. You cannot use any other kind of “padlock“.

The location is convenient to the University of Colorado, Denver Campus so it worked well to store campus gear for the holidays. I love that the facility allows for short term leases. The site manager Michael could not have been nicer.

I was explained how to use lock from the storage. Because is a little different from other locks and how to use the keypad to enter to the building and customer service was awesome i really recommend this place

The 5x5 I rented seems much smaller, but the space is clean

I rented a 5x5 storage unit at the lowest price point, though there were 2 other price points for 5x5 units. I'm not sure if the higher-priced ones are any larger, but this is the smallest storage unit I've ever seen - the contract said the stated measurements are not guaranteed, so I have my doubts it's actually 5'x5'. The facility is clean and the people are nice - though not the warmest welcome I've ever received, they seem to always be around and willing to help with any questions.

Brand new , professionally run facility. Prices are comparable to most storage , yet this goes above and beyond with customer service and cleanliness. Climate controlled , Insurance for $10 a month avail to protect precious items. Covered loading / unloading garage , so anytime of the year is dry to move in/out . Absolutely no monkey business here. Just good straightforward honest storage

We needed a small storage location and found this one through squarefoot.com. Worked out very well.
